“Had a problem with my Eversolo unit. Contacted Audio Emotion for a solution and they came back very quickly. My unit was repaired and sent back to me in a short time and, I thought, at a very reasonable cost.”

“Audio Emotion - I have always found that they have been extremely exemplary in there service. Gordon has been so very helpful with regards to ZMF headphones , leads , pads and filter mesh ,nothing is to much trouble, including loaning headphones for evaluation. It is so rare to find an establishment that provides this kind of service .”

“I find Auto Emotion's customer service outstanding. They offer competitive online prices but with the personal attention a small specialist retailer can give. Communction is exceptional and on a recent order they even ugpraded the delivery at no cost to myself so I received it in time for the weekend. They have been very obliging in customising orders to my own exact requirements (for example with terminations on Puritan cables). I won't hesitate to use them again in future.”

“I wouldn't buy anywhere else , whrher it's Gary, Marion or Gordon nothing is too much of a problem, any minor issue that is worrying me is dealt with quickly and preffesionaly . I have total faith in the company and they will be my first port of call when I win the Euromillions!”

“Have to commend audio emotion for employing a lovely knowledgeable lady who answers the phone immediately and not a frustrating Ai bot. However I would have liked a couple of emails communicating my orders progress other than the initial order and processing emails. Will most definitely use audio emotion in the future.”
