Great purchasing experience from Gordon and the team at Audio Emotion for my Denafrips Venus 15th and Eversolo T8 including a number of high end cables. The pricing was very competitive and delivery was prompt. An absolute please to deal with.

I love this company the range of products is superb they cater for every price point. I've had great advice in the past which has really helped shape my choices. If I was to have one negative it would be the Saturday delivery option. I always choose this for a reason but have had issues a few times with goods arriving early which has caused me some issues. Hopefully my next order will be delivered on the correct day. Otherwise great stuff.

I purchased a pre-owned Trilogy H1 Energiser from AE. It's not the first time I've bought from them, but it is the first time I've bought a pre-owned piece of audio equipment, from anyone. Unfortunately, AE weren't able to tell me anything about it, other than to confirm which version it was and that it was in good order; nonetheless, I thought it was worth the risk, particularly in light of the recent price increase for a new unit. I specified a preference for a Friday delivery when I placed the order, and that's what I got. When I received it, it was as described, with only some minor cosmetic damage to the top cover, although I was a little disappointed to find that the premium ISOL-8 mains lead had been replaced by generic one from CPC/Farnell.

I've been dealing with Audio Emotion for a number of years now and have received nothing but the best customer support of any company I've ever dealt with. Also, thanks to their superb product knowledge; they've helped guide me in putting together a system that I could only have dreamed of when I was younger. Without doubt one of the best companies around.

This was my first experience of purchasing from Audio Emotion and unfortunately it was not the positive experience I expected or hoped it would be. The product itself (some feet for my Audio Physic speakers) are brilliant and I am delighted with the improvements they made. Sadly, the poor communication and customer service I experinced prior to delivery was woeful. The length of time they took to arrive (I do accept this was beyond the retailers control), and especially the poor communication that preceeded their arrival resulted in a frustrating experience. At the time of ordering online the website stated 'usuallyships within 2-3 days'. This is fact turned out to be over two weeks from order and they eventually arrived with me 17 days after ordering. I do accept that we had the Easter bank holiday weekend in between which obviously slowed things up. While I also accept that delays can and do occur, and that they are sometimes beyond the retailers control, the mark of any good retailer is how you communicate the delay to the customer and oro-actively keep them uodated as to when the delivery is expected. It also helps to actually say sorry for the delay to the customer - even if it's not the retailers fault. This takes ownership of the customers concerns, is simply common courtesy, and helps me as the customer feel that I matter and that my business is important. Also, the emails I did receive when I chased my order (3 times in all) were abrupt and dismissive, with no hint of any apology for the delay. I had to chase for information instead of being advised of any potential delays and the reasons why. This left me feeling frustrated and and that my purchase was not a priority to them now that they had my money. Sadly the experience has left me unable to reccomend Audio Emotion and I will not be making future purchases from them.

The item arrived well packaged and as expected, but the delivery time was quite long. In addition to the shipping costs, customs clearance and related fees were added, bringing the total cost to more than double the item's actual value. Too expensive!

The best hi-fi shop in the UK. Period. Great prices, great after sale support. In the past I had a fault with a component that required repairing from the manufacturer and they were very supportive during the process. Highly recommended!
