“Recently I bought a ZMF Bokeh Closed headphones, waiting time was resonable (they were waiting for a new shipment from USA) and it was worth to wait because headphones I got are upgraded with a new chassis. Also I found online a 10% off discount code which was a nice touch indeed. I highly recommend Audio Emotion!”

“Great service - only reason this is not 5 stars is that the website does not correctly indicates item availability. The product I bought was shown as available, and I only found out it wasn't because I contacted support to ask why I didn't have a shipping tracking code after a few days. This was unfortunate as delivery was slightly delayed. Still, their service was super quick and helpful, very friendly and they kept in touch with me during the whole process. I managed to get my product only a few days later than expected, good quality and packaging!”

“A really pleasant firm to deal with. Good and friendly communication. Useful advice given too. I was recommended a higher grade of headphone than I originally intended and am really pleased about this as they surpassed my expectation ( ZMF Caldera Closed). Would I buy from them again? Yes.”

“I love this company the range of products is superb they cater for every price point. I've had great advice in the past which has really helped shape my choices. If I was to have one negative it would be the Saturday delivery option. I always choose this for a reason but have had issues a few times with goods arriving early which has caused me some issues. Hopefully my next order will be delivered on the correct day. Otherwise great stuff.”

“I purchased a pre-owned Trilogy H1 Energiser from AE. It's not the first time I've bought from them, but it is the first time I've bought a pre-owned piece of audio equipment, from anyone. Unfortunately, AE weren't able to tell me anything about it, other than to confirm which version it was and that it was in good order; nonetheless, I thought it was worth the risk, particularly in light of the recent price increase for a new unit. I specified a preference for a Friday delivery when I placed the order, and that's what I got. When I received it, it was as described, with only some minor cosmetic damage to the top cover, although I was a little disappointed to find that the premium ISOL-8 mains lead had been replaced by generic one from CPC/Farnell.”
