“What a fantastic place and lovely staff. Great customer service and a totally relaxed experience. I made contact with Audio Emotion initially via email as it is a 6 hour round trip from my home. I was looking to listen to some ZMF headphones and as Audio Emotion are the only distributor in Scotland they were where I needed to be! Spoke to Gary over email and he was very helpful. Asked to let them know when I could make it down. A day opened up for me so dropped Gary and email and they would look out some headphones for me and would be looked after by Steve. Walking through the doors and you are entering a very clean and modern Aladdin's cave! Vinyls to browse, music playing, lots and lots of shiny things to look at. Probably looking like I was a child in a sweet shop, Steve came round the corner and greeted me by name without me even having to explain! Steve showed me into one of the large booth areas (there are several with lots of different audio setups). A counter top height shelf wrapped around 2 of the walls laid out with different amps, barstools to sit on and a comfy chair by the unshelved wall. Cool artwork and a cozy vibe in this booth. My eyes then settled on the row of ZMF headphones that had been setup ready for me to listen to! After a chat with Steve he left me to listen to the different headphones and was allowed to plug them into my own portable gear as well. Steve periodically passed by to make sure I was ok, even bringing out another headphone option for me to try. I spent 2 hours swapping and listening and swapping again until I made up my mind. Overall it was an incredibly worthwhile experience as no amount of reading online headphone reviews can take the place of physically listening to them. If you are after anything audio, I cannot recommend them highly enough. This should be a six star review!!!!”

“Merci à toute l’équipe de Audio Emotion, pour sa réactivité et son professionnalisme. J’ai commandé un superbe casque ZMF, qui ne se vend pas en France ; à un prix défiant toute concurrence. La commande a été honorée rapidement, malgré les procédures de livraison en Europe, nécessitant un dédouanement. J’ai découvert avec intérêt le site Audio Emotion, qui propose du matériel Hifi haut de gamme, à des prix imbattables pour certains modèles (cf. certains casques ZMF, ou ampli et DAC Heed…)”

“I have been a customer of Audio Emotional for many years, probably since just after they opened. If I am looking to change or upgrade any parts of my system I wouldn't think about going to any other supplier. Audio Emotion has a extensive range of equipment and Gary and the team always offer excellent advice and very fair part exchange terms. “I have nothing but praise for Audio Emotion. I've purchased several products recently and the service has been exemplary. I also appreciated the sound advice (sic) from Gary who has helped me realise the best results that I have ever had from my system without breaking the bank. I should add that delivery was extremely rapid and the facilitation of an upgrade which I decided to do was extremely simple. I'm very happy and will definitely use Audio Emotion again. Best Audio dealer I have ever encountered and that's in more than 40 years of being an audiophile both in the USA and the UK!”

“The Moondrop Aria 2 IEM is on sales for good price via this vendor, but the extra charge £10 for express delivery is quite high and not so express. In the we got issue with delayed delivery. The product itself is good.”

“Ordered a pair of Spendor A1 speakers refurbished by manufacturer. They were delivered promptly and were in perfect as new condition. Excellent closed box design so work very well near to wall. Quality of vocals for daily radio 3 listening is superb - they benefit from quality amplification and Rel T zero subs. Exceptional value!”
