“Have to commend audio emotion for employing a lovely knowledgeable lady who answers the phone immediately and not a frustrating Ai bot. However I would have liked a couple of emails communicating my orders progress other than the initial order and processing emails. Will most definitely use audio emotion in the future.”

“I was looking on line to see if anyone by chance had a Focal Arche amp/dac for sale as its now out of production. So luckily Audio Emotion had a used one available. So I ordered it and it arrived the next day! Very good service from them. It was in mint condition with all the kit and boxes from new. So really you would think it was new! It now pairs beautifully with my Focal Stellia headphones with a dedicated channel for them, hence why I wanted the Arche. Fantastic sound so thanks very much Audio Emotion . You scratched my itch!! “Recently I bought a ZMF Bokeh Closed headphones, waiting time was resonable (they were waiting for a new shipment from USA) and it was worth to wait because headphones I got are upgraded with a new chassis. Also I found online a 10% off discount code which was a nice touch indeed. I highly recommend Audio Emotion!”

“Great service - only reason this is not 5 stars is that the website does not correctly indicates item availability. The product I bought was shown as available, and I only found out it wasn't because I contacted support to ask why I didn't have a shipping tracking code after a few days. This was unfortunate as delivery was slightly delayed. Still, their service was super quick and helpful, very friendly and they kept in touch with me during the whole process. I managed to get my product only a few days later than expected, good quality and packaging!”
