“First time I have ordered from Audio Emotion and hopefully it won't be my last. Extremely pleased with the service. Had been waiting for the release of the new Luxsin X8 DAC/AMP and had email communications with AE a few weeks leading up to the release, patiently waiting, I emailed AE again the week I heard that units had begun to arrive at dealers in the UK. Audio Emotion were one of the first to have stock and I ordered on a Friday afternoon via their website. Checked out my order and received a shipping notification from DPD within an hour. I hadn't paid any extra for shipping so was expecting the order to arrive Monday. I was pleasently surprised when the goods arrived at my door the next morning (saturday) usually you'd pay at least £10 extra for this service. This made my weekend for sure and was excited to get down to listening with my headphones before the new week begun. Many thanks AE - great service.”

“Having dealt with Gary and the AE team for quite a few years now, I've always had the best service and advice - answering all my, sometimes really nerdy, questions. Gary's hifi knowledge is second to none - and I've never felt any sales pressure. Highly recommended for new, pre-loved and part exchange deals.”

“Over the last couple of years I've bought three items from audio emotion never had any issues whatsoever. There was a slight delay on one item that wasn't down to their fault and they kept me in the loop of what was happening all of the time. I really have no complaints whatsoever thank you. Keep doing what you're doing.”

“I used Audio Emotion for the first time and can honestly say that they are excellent. I had an issue with the item I ordered, of my own making, I may add, and they quickly solved the problem. I will definitely be using them in the future mainly due to the great customer service but also because of the 'pay over extended terms' with PayPal. All in all an excellent company.”
