“Recently pre-ordered an item from Audio Emotion. Due to popular demand it was delayed but during all of the time I was kept updated and even received a phone call to clarify the situation. When it was shipped it arrived in one day in perfect condition. Great guys and thoroughly recommended.”

Their ability to assess your individual needs and to assist you in selecting the correct equipment is worthy of note. In a modern world where everyone seems quick to use the behemoth one-stop online shop (I won’t mention their name!) Audio Emotion continue to offer an exemplary, personalised customer service whilst maintaining attractive pricing. 10 out of 10 from me…..”

“Purchased an Eversolo DMP-a6 Streamer online from Audio Emotion. At the time of placing a pre-order purchase I made an enquiry about a PX of my CA D200M DAC. Had an almost immediate response with a fair price offer. I posted off and had confirmation of receipt and that payment would be made to my account within a day. It was actually cop that day. I also had an update about the Streamer order and that it would be in the next few days. Further updated that had been dispatched (ahead of outline pre-order date). Received next day, perfect packaged condition and all working so well. Real pleasure to deal with Audio Emotion, many thanks again.”
