One of the dealers (Gary?) spent a non trivial amount of time on the phone with me discussing the component I was considering, and confirmed I could send it back if I listened and didn't like it. Not sure all the info was accurate (nowhere does the marketing blurb mention temperature controlled components ... but, well, *maybe*). No problem. I called to order and they suggested I order online as it's faster and they'd keep an eye out for the order. A couple of minutes later the order was in. This was a couple of hours before their 1pm deadline for next day delivery. Excitement mounted. But no email about delivery "today" so I called (around 9:30am on delivery day) only to be told my unit hadn't been sent due to "staff shortages" and "the DPD courier arrived earlier than usual". I can't help but be suspicious they simply forgot. I'd rather be told the truth (people make mistakes after all) than what sounds like a half arsed lie. Anyway the unit arrived a day later than expected and it sounds great so it's a small fly in the ointment of my experience...

I was finding it hard to get an Eversolo DMP-A6 on a first or second run. And them came across Audio Emotion! They had both the standard and Mayer Edition little more expensive than advertised. I still order one, a couple of days later someone From Audio Emotion called to say there had been a mistake in the initial advertised price the extra was due to an additional warrantee! Which I decided to go with. They told me the delivery was delayed by a day but I would get it by Tues 23 good to there word it arrived I am very happy with it and appreciate the excellent customer they provided

Fast Delivery and well packaged. The only complaint is that a £20 cable costs £9.99 to deliver. More delivery options for small items would be an advantage.

Ordered an Ortofon Blue stylus to upgrade from a red. After an initial concern that the delivery was late, they arranged one direct from the supplier which duly arrived.

Ordered amplifier at weekend and twelve days later it rolled up courtesy DPD courier, after having being imported from Austria. When I asked for a progress report got an email response in a few tens of minutes, followed up a bit later. So, Audio Emotion's team are good and responsive. The kit arrived safe and sound, and I soon had it all plugged in and running nicely.

I describe this as good rather than excellent because of two small issues which I solved rather than send the item back. Plug was fitted with 3 amp fuse instead of 13amp and rear rubber grommets did not fit as retaining nuts had come adrift within the case and it was a surprisingly fiddly job to re-affix. But general condition of the item was worth the money.

Nice service, item I ordered was available on website, but then not available after I had ordered and paid online. However, they were prompt in letting me know and happy to help with whatever option I chose. I ended up opting to purchase a suitable alternative.

I have found Audio Emotion to be friendly, considerate and trustworthy. They also stock many desirable brands.My only criticism is the used items pages do not seem to be always up to date.

Audio Emotion has great service, but get informed about the customs regulations in your country before purchasing and returning goods for repair... Overall I got a good deal and service was very good.

Prompt response to query prior to purchase. Order status should be expanded to include confirmation of the date order has been shipped as currently it only confirm the order has been completed.

I recently purchased 2 items from Audio Emotion, the second one over the telephone. The service was very good knowledgeable and friendly and the items arrive the following day. The only issue was that there was some delay in receiving the receipted invoice for the second item. I would however have no hesitation in purchasing from them in the future.

I purchased a pair of pre-owned loudspeakers from Audio Emotion in October 2020. AE were very responsive on the telephone but a bit tardy about replying to emails and sending parcel tracking details (again, expect via email). They had a problem with a delivery partner not collecting when expected, but their backup courier collected the next day and got the speakers to me the next weekday (a Monday); and, once they arrived, well packed and complete, the speakers were great! Very pleased with my purchase in the end :-). I'd be happy to buy from again (new or pre-owned), especially if they can get their act together regarding sending out tracking details!

Reliable dealer, very satisfactory transaction to Germany and very good remote control! A small criticism: The shipping costs for such a small shipment are a little too high in my opinion!

Loses one star this time due to lack of communication, not being able to phone due to a bad chest infection I emailed for a stock check & when I received a confirmation email I followed the link & ordered a record cleaning machine. I received an "order status update" email just saying that my order was being processed then nothing more. Three days later I emailed for an update & received a reply stating that the item was coming direct from the distributor & would be delivered by the end of the week, I feel that this information should have been provided as follow a follow up from the "order status update". The cleaner did arrive later that day. Perhapse I should have waited & telephoned.

Although the item ordered was shown as in stock, in fact it wasn’t and alternatives were offered. I requested refund which was actioned very quickly. Would use again.
