“I e-mailed the team with a question and had a response within the hour. i ordered the item in question and it was in stock. As i had ordered it before 1pm it arrived promptly the following day. A great company to do buy from. I would recommend to anyone.”

“I bought my system (for vinyl and CD) from Audio Emotion some years ago and found both service and products excellent. I had a full day in their listening lounge playing familiar records and CDs to check the arranged set-up and it was great. They delivered everything in person and assisted with set-up in my home, and took away my part exchange system. The back up support has been good, too. My pre-amp recently gave up the ghost and the upgraded replacement has slotted in very nicely - and all conducted via email and postal delivery. All in all, a positive outfit, which I routinely tell others about should they be seeking a top notch audio experience.”

“I contacted Audio Emotion because another leading online retailer had claimed they had stock of the item I wanted, but after placing an order and paying for it, I found they didn't. Audio Emotion explained they didn't currently have stock, but stock was in the country awaiting customs clearance. I placed my order and, long story short, Audio Emotion had received stock and expedited my order. I was and am delighted - just 2 days after speaking to them, I had my new amplifier/streamer. Faultless customer service.”

“Item received promptly and well packed in original packaging. Switched on and everything works well, am still getting to grips with the finer points of streaming via the LUXMAN app. A great addition to my set-up which will outlast me! The sound is all that I hoped for.”

“As a modest customer of Audio Emotion my experience has been excelent.From placing order and receiving safely packed delivery. My problem with A.E exceent stock and service was having a local first class shop that was convienent for me. This shop has now closed down and A.E will now be my first point of call.”
