“Ordered a pre owned REL TX5 and it's immaculate like new. Excellent price - excellent quick delivery. Would highly recommend. Was a little apprehensive about the TX5 thinking it might not be powerful enough. Its absolutely brilliant. Very easy to set up and sounds very dynamic.”

“Great people to deal with! This is the second time I’ve bought from them using their part exchange scheme on both occasions. There was a problem with the second purchase which was dealt with and put right within 24hours! Very attentive to customer requirements and great customer care. All handling costs were met by the dealer. My 1st choice dealer when looking to replace my equipment.”

“Common sense tells us that it's probably risky buying audio gear without sitting in a demo room for a week. Incredibly, it isn't. Not at all. I've bought CD players, servers, streamers, loud speakers, cabling and interconnects. Every recommendation from Audio Emotion has worked: any query is dealt with rapidly. They listen and they don't push the highest cost object down your throat. This, I think, defines the concept of superior value. Thoroughly and wholeheartedly recommended.”

“I have used Audio Emotion several times over the past 5 years, most recently in November this year. None of my purchases were high value- they were fixing niggles with my turntable. Quite time consuming and of little financial interest to them. Each time Marion was absolutely brilliant. She contacted the manufacturer and got information which I could not get from them myself and solved my problem. More recently she ordered a spare part for me and again, the whole thing was very straightforward as Marion simply took care of it. I did visit the shop once, accompanying a friend who was having a demo of some expensive gear. Gary was the perfect host and the whole experience was an absolute pleasure. I recommend these people and this business wholeheartedly.”

“Audio Emotion are a great company to deal with, i am a repeat customer and wholeheartedly recommend them. They have great facilities for demonstrating equipment with no sales pressure. Good trade in terms are offered and an extensive range of used equipment is available. Always worth a visit to see what they have available and to browse their new and used vinyl and trade-ins.”
