Very expensive ltd edition IEM advertised as complete set delivered with nine OEM (albeit a nice one) cable. Returned and was initially told postage would be refuted from the refund. If wasn’t but I ha to pay the return postage to resolve an issue completely not of my making - poor IMO.

A/E. States cable I bought was 7N-OCC SOLID SILVER NO NO NO ITS SILVER PLATED COPPER. RIP OFF.

Hi Grant Thank you very much for your feedback. We have looked at your order , and can see that you ordered 2 x Akiko Audio Tuning Module XLR mkIII - Type:XLR Female. In our description on the website, the specification for this cable reads as follows : Specifications: - Dimensions: 150 mm x 22 mm. - Two copper conductors. - The Akiko Audio Tuning Stick XLR mkII is Hand Made. I PXed my Musical Fidelity headphone amp for a s/hand Limetree. Great price and service. However the Limetree arrived without UK power supply. I've been waiting for a week now without music.

Not happy, as the leads had none matching head connectors. £250 for odd Linn Silver connectors is a lot of money. Very disappointed. Regards Thomas

Difficult to write a positive review when I haven’t received the item I thought I purchased. I am minded to cancel the order because Audio Emotion has been enable to fill its side of the contract.

Hi Ralph, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I was disappointed to hear that you did not receive your item on Friday as arranged. We contacted our courier company as soon as we were aware of the problem and they confirmed the delivery did not take place due to an unforeseen problem at the depot. We immediately arranged an upgraded Saturday AM delivery, free of charge, but again they failed to deliver. I have been tracking the delivery and happy to see it has now been delivered on Monday. We will be having further discussions with our courier partner on how we can make sure this type of problem does not happen in the future. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Thanks, Steve
