“Over the last couple of years I've bought three items from audio emotion never had any issues whatsoever. There was a slight delay on one item that wasn't down to their fault and they kept me in the loop of what was happening all of the time. I really have no complaints whatsoever thank you. Keep doing what you're doing.”

“I used Audio Emotion for the first time and can honestly say that they are excellent. I had an issue with the item I ordered, of my own making, I may add, and they quickly solved the problem. I will definitely be using them in the future mainly due to the great customer service but also because of the 'pay over extended terms' with PayPal. All in all an excellent company.”

“Perfect service .. I was a pain the first time I made an order . It wasn't going to arrive before I left to travel for a month for work .. so I cancelled it .. the staff were super nice about it and I promised to reorder when I was back . So I did just that item arrived quickly well packaged and as I wasn't disappointed. Thank you so much I just wish the store was closer to home so I could visit in person . I will be back when I need anything else HIFI 💗”

“Big thanks to Gary, all the staff at Audio Emotion, and especially Steven and Gordon at front of house. A great place to visit ( for me it's barely a 10 minute drive away ), one is never put under any pressure of a hard sell, etc. Great trade-in prices. Large selection of LPs. I have bought a fair amount from Audio Emotion and it's always friendly, professional service. Audio Emotion is Top-Class. The best audio dealer I've dealt with. See you soon.”
