“Hi , This is one big thank you to everyone at Audio Emotion. Gordon was and is very helpful with my order Reference the ZMF Atrium Open Headphones. It is so unusual to find a company that is so Committed to customers. I would recommend them to anyone who is thinking of purchasing any of there equipment that they have on offer. ( I would recommend ZMF Atrium Open I have only been listening for a few days so early days . I use Luxman D150 and a Manley Absolute Headphone Amp so plenty to play with you can tweak to your harts content. Happy listening, Music is the best .”

“My Eversolo dmp-a6 master edition gen 2 had a power supply failure. Audio Emotion aranged prompt collection repaired & returned within 10 days. I also ordered a Eversolo set up mic which was delivered promptly. This set up mic is a must it has made a big difference to the sound in my room for the better. Bass is much tighter more controlled. Music is much clearer natural sounding.”

“I recently purchased the Liemtree Bridge II from Audio Emotion, and I couldn’t be happier. The sound quality is absolutely fantastic — rich, analogue sound like signature is truly magical. It brings music to life in a way that feels both natural and engaging. Especially on classical music tracks. Compared to Node2i coax out. Despite a few hiccups with customs and some delivery delays, the communication from the store was excellent throughout. The team at Audio Emotion were responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful, which made the whole experience smooth and reassuring. Highly recommended — both the product and the people behind it!”

“Great service and swift delivery from Audio Emotion. As for the Acoustic Energy AE1 actives they are decent for the size , nice relaxed signature with quite a wide dispersion . Rather forward presentation but no harsh bite . Can get the soundstage sounding nice with proper placement. The bass is good and has nice definition , standalone best for acoustic music but you will definitely need a subwoofer (or two) when playing electronic stuff or any bass heavy music like dub , garage etc as I can hear pretty loud port chuffing even playing stuff around 75dB - not that loud. I dig the fact they are using class A/B amps and analog signal path --- and it's made in UK with good build quality.”

“Having already ordered a set of valves (under £80) from AE, I was aware of their great service, so had no hesitation in choosing them to help upgrade my cd player and amp. I live over 400 miles away, and wouldn’t normally purchase before auditioning. However, it was clear this wouldn’t be a problem, since they utilise a very efficient delivery and collection service and I would effectively be auditioning at home. Also, I was offered a very fair PX price for my old amplifier. Many thanks to Gordon and the team for all their help.”

“First the good,price matched a item I got quoted at the London canjam and the final delivery week updates were good.Now the bad,I was quoted 15 days delivery and after 6 weeks still no delivery It seems the they wait until they can fill a pallet of goods from the supplier before sending.I received My order after eight weeks.”
