“Brilliant service by offered by Audio Emotion. Bought Eversolo Streamer DMP A6 on pre-order. The unit arrived the day after they had received their shipment, so no additional waiting. I'm enjoying the streamer so far. User interface is intuitive to use and sound is fabulous. Using with an external dac at present so I can't comment on the devices internal dac. Sounds great through headphones HD600's, but haven't tried through Hifi and speakers yet. I'm looking forward to this.”

“From the outset it was made clear that the item was not in stock but would be available shortly, when I emailed to get an update I got an instant response telling me the exact date the item would arrive. All in all an excellent experience, delighted with the product and wouldn't hesitate to use Audio Emotion again in the future.”

“I was most impressed with getting a home demo of the Graham LS5/5 loudspeakers. Unless I'd heard these loudspeakers in my own home, I would NOT have believed that any loudspeakers costing less than £50k, would have sounded better than my current speakers. But, the LS5/5s did! I should also add, that Ian Harrison's involvement in this whole process has proved priceless. Because, if I had not contacted him in the first instance, I would never have encountered Audio Emotion. The oak stands that I had made have just arrived and so, I will get to hear the 5/5s this weekend. My only regret, is that I did not get to visit your hifi emporium.”

“I purchased an Eversolo DMP A6, online from Audio Emotion. The transaction was completed at around 2.45pm, but surprisingly, I received delivery the very next day. The product is first class and so was the service. I thoroughly recommend the seller and the product.”

“I am not a HiFi enthusiast, my setup is speakers JBL Control One which I have had for 10 years, I had Novafidelity X12 and I upgraded to the Novafidelity X14. I wish the EverSolo DMP-A6 Streaming DAC was out then and I would not have wasted my money. I sent an email to audio emotion to ask if EverSolo DMP-A6 needed amplifier it did. Gary was quick with a reply and he advised me the Carot One which would be no good for me because of the valve on top. Gary advised me instead of the Carot One he had an Open Box Keces Audio E40 Integrated Amplifier - 2023 Model. We have set it up and all I can say is that I was blown away by the sound.”

“This is my first custom with Audio Emotion with the purchase of an Eversolo streamer. Communication and assistance through email was quick. The item came 2.5 weeks after the order was placed due to high demand and back order. Nevertheless, I received a notice of shipment as expected and the item came in 2 days. Great first time experience. Keep up the good work AE team.”

“I just wanted to state that this has to be the best ONLINE buying experience I have ever had. I was researching to trade in my existing Digital to Analogue converter (DAC) and purchase an "Eversolo DMP-A6", a google search took me to the Audioemotion website. I was sceptical at first as I had never come across this site before but decided to take the plunge. A plunge taken with no regrets, Gary@AE was brilliant and super efficient with his responses to email queries. The new equipment was delivered and the trade in collected the same day as well. Thanks for a great experience.”

“One of the dealers (Gary?) spent a non trivial amount of time on the phone with me discussing the component I was considering, and confirmed I could send it back if I listened and didn't like it. Not sure all the info was accurate (nowhere does the marketing blurb mention temperature controlled components ... but, well, *maybe*). No problem. I called to order and they suggested I order online as it's faster and they'd keep an eye out for the order. A couple of minutes later the order was in. This was a couple of hours before their 1pm deadline for next day delivery. Excitement mounted. But no email about delivery "today" so I called (around 9:30am on delivery day) only to be told my unit hadn't been sent due to "staff shortages" and "the DPD courier arrived earlier than usual". I can't help but be suspicious they simply forgot. I'd rather be told the truth (people make mistakes after all) than what sounds like a half arsed lie. Anyway the unit arrived a day later than expected and it sounds great so it's a small fly in the ointment of my experience...”
