“Bought two pieces of equipment music fidelity integrated amp and cd player.To avoid a hernia get a friend to help with amp.The staff are brilliant and patient and will answer any question put to them.This is the best hifi shop in the country.What ever the price they sometimes offer movement.In the end you get what you pay for and what you get is the best.Marianne Steve and Gary are there to give you the best service possible and that is what you get.”

“Excellent service from a lovely lady named Marion. We needed a unit quickly but the lead time was too long so she organised for us to get a loan unit the next day until we received the long lead unit. There was a slight issue with returning the loan unit straight away but we had no hassle from Marion about this and due to this, it felt a lot easier to resolve easier without aggravation. Very happy about the whole service we received.”

“Purchase of an Atacama CC03 speaker stand. Unavailable in France or with prohibitive delays. Contact with Marion excellent. Ordered on 1 September and delivered on 22 September. Thank you to all those involved, always very professional despite the tragic circumstances due to the loss of the Queen.”

“Colleague I spoke to was very personable and listened to the issues I was having. I immediately felt very comfortable speaking to him and we had a good chat about stuff in general apart from the query I had about audio gear. I was offered what I thought was a very good part ex on a piece of equipment I had and then offered a very affordable replacement to allow me to get my system back up and running in better order than before visiting Audio Emotion. I’m absolutely delighted and was informed of interesting music choices if not considered before. Great store thanks!!!”
