Audio Emotion has gone above and beyond for me, from providing great black friday deals to stellar after-sale support. They have always been willing to listen and try to solve my issues with the utmost concern. When Puritan Audio consistently failed to provide me with the necessary parts for my ground masters, Gary arranged for me to receive them from a third party, ongoing issues with this order are not Audio Emotions fault but fully Puritan Audios' fault. When I complained of a persistent problem with my amplifier, after testing and sending me the demo unit which showed I must have some problem with the mains power, they actually arranged for a new unit to be delivered to me from the manufacturer, as newer units seem to display the problem less, that's just some incredible customer care. I can wholeheartedly recommend them and personally plan to continue making my Audiophile purchases from them (if only they would also sell old stock vacuum tubes, then I really wouldn't have to go anywhere else for my addiction).
