We are very sorry your order is taking longer than expected, we did ship straight away unfortunately some order to E.U countries are taking a bit longer due to the new requirements since Brexit.

Your order was despatched within a few hours of us receiving it. It is currently in transit, as you are outside the U.K the transit times are longer. We have done a full search and have not received any e-mails from you. Tracking has been sent and we are in touch to reconfirm the tracking details.

Product out of stock, no mention of this on the website. Took my money and still waiting for delivery or refund 1 month later. Birthday present for my daughter so gutted that not delivered by her special day. Not impressed.

Selling products from shein at 4x their original cost I do not recommend Attitude Clothing at all they also have the slowest customer service response not within the 48hours they claim on website.

Thank you for the review, however we need to point out several inaccuracies within it. Firstly we responded to your initial email (received 25/7 at 13:45) within a few hours. It is noted that you then sent several further e-mail all of which were replied to within a few hours at the most. You were not happy that we could not cancel your order. If you want to cancel an order with us you need to be quick as we are busy picking and packing orders all day every day to ensure fast shipping. Unfortunately we just cannot cancel an order once it has been picked and packed. As your order had already been picked and packed we were unable to cancel at that stage, however we made it very clear that you are welcome to return all or part of the order once delivered. We do not source any products from Shein and none of the products you ordered from us are sold on there. We deal direct with the manufacturer and they do not sell on Shein. The item you mentioned in your e-mail is £7.99 on our website, there is no direct comparison on Shein. There is a vaguely similar version you mentioned at a quarter of the price is literally a completely different product, like with any product there will be cheaper and more expensive versions. The ice tray we sell makes more cubes and is a very good quality product fairly priced at £7.99.

I baught some sandles and paid express delivery on the item worth £103 Delivery was £4 or more. Unfortunately my address hadn't changed when I had changed it and didn't notice until the invoice was sent via email that my old address was on the parcel Your company refused to help and didn't respond to my worried email for over a week. So couldn't help I still have not got my sandles and am £107 out of pocket... inquire as well put the cash in the bin I saved up for these and am gutted Bad customer service

Thank you for your review. It is most unfortunate that you had ordered using a previous address. We shipped your order as per those instructions. Unfortunately it is not possible to intercept the mail once an order is on its way. We have informed you that if the parcel is returned to us we will happily ship it out again for you.

Not too happy to be honest i ordered the shoes iv wanted for ages. I was sent out a pair that where faulty but i get charged for postage and they expect me to order again to pay for postage again i think thats disgusting if you ask me i think if thats whats gonna be done should warn people first and maybe check your product is fit to got out before sending it

Your order was placed from a country that we do not ship to. You went ahead and ordered even though we do not offer your country in the drop down. You put your address in Austria as a UK address. The order has been generated by our system and shipped as it cannot filter out incorrect addresses. The parcel is now stuck in the post, we are busy trying to resolve the issue.

Paid nearly £120 for Boots only for half of one of the soles to come apart from the boot within 30 minutes of them first being worn causing my teen to fall face first injuring her knee, ripping her jeans & scuffed the front of both boots. They asked for pictures & if the boot makers agreed it’s them at fault she had to destroy them. Now she refuses to speak to me or send pictures because she thinks they won’t send another pair. She has mental health problems & it causes her to just shut right off. Won’t ever buy. Anything again because for that to happen so soon after buying is shocking. It’s a shame she is now so scared of having no boots she won’t let me try sorting it with them.

I received my glasses broken and I've tried sending them back and I can't get them sent back so I want another pair or a refund I am so frustrated

Terrible. Item arrived faulty and had to request a refund. Was told i can have everything BUT a full refund. Had to specifically request a full refund even though it states on website. Took 4 emails to actually get the address to send to, refund details AND delivery note. Terrible company, will not use again

Boots I bought broke after being worn 5 times and customer service has so far ignored my emails. Also phone line does not connect!

Still waiting for a refund for the broken mirror that we recieved. Had no emails back. Just being ignored. The mirror was such bad quality that it broke during transit. Not happy at all. Will be rating on trust pilot if do not get refund soon.

Have used Attitude many times in the past, but this will be the last. Very unhappy with customer service - very slow to refund and had to pay for delivery and return, even though returns are advertised as free.
