Bought a bag Came with a mark on it Sent back over 2 weeks ago and still waiting for refund and had any any information since 27th sept when they received the item back

Your order was refunded just a few days after we received it back and two days prior to your review, perhaps try checking your bank before sending in your review?

While my previous purchase (February 2023) went OK, this time (#356967 June 2023) I received a faulty item - my hat was not the same as the one advertised on the website (pattern missing a crescent). Reached out to customer services about a refund / exchange twice but never heard back so I’m writing this review. Very disappointed as I was looking forward to wearing the hat… If there’s any way I could receive a Restyle Baroque Monogram Gothic Hat with the correct pattern (as that’s the main feature of the item & the reason for my purchase) please advise. Very reluctant to purchase again if customer service doesn’t respond / resolve queries.

Thank you for your review. We received your email back on 19 June regarding this issue. A response was sent back to you shortly afterwards asking you to return the item. Upon receipt we would then replace it for you. We are yet to receive the item back and have not heard anything from you since, until this review. We are keen to get the exchange sorted for you as soon as possible and have tried to contact you today to resolve this.

Their online refund request form doesn't work, and sending an email instead doesn't get any answers. For an online clothing store that's unacceptable.

Very bad experience! I’ve written 3 emails so far about this, I have never received my order but nobody has replied to my emails at all. It’s been almost 2 weeks and I haven’t gotten neither my order resent or my money back. This is more than unprofessional. I will not take this review away until my issue has been resolved, customer service is not even worth 1* as of now.

We are very sorry for the issues regarding your order. Due to a software problem with our e-mail management system we have a whole batch of e-mails that have never reached us. We have now contacted you directly to get the problem resolved as soon as we can.

Dreadful. One of the products had a whole in it. I returned it about 2 weeks ago and I haven’t had my refund yet. Don’t buy from them. Don’t do business. It’s a scam

Whilst we make every effort to keep our prices as low as we can, unfortunately we are not able to refund extra money on top of the amount that was paid to us. You were refunded in full with the exception of the return postage charge which we do not refund as per our t&c’s. It is actually a very straightforward calculation so if you check back you should be able to see ‘what it is all about’. Your order took advantage of a big promotional discount. This means this amount was deducted from the total of your order, we therefore refund on the basis of what you paid, not the total pre-discount. Your refund was sent back 4 working days after the return was processed, well within the advertised time.

Thank you for your review. Your refund was made back to your original payment method within 24 hours of us processing the return. It appears there was a delay in us receiving the item back, which caused the delay.

I ordered from Attitude Clothing at the beginning of April, and I am disappointed to report that I still haven’t received my item. I contacted customer support and have heard nothing back from them. I don’t recommend using this company sadly.

Refused order and claims that address suspicious of fraud - actually it’s because I’ve returned items and threatened legal action on the time it took to refund me . Appalling attitudes and should be named BAD ATTITUDE

As a business we would never choose to cancel an order unless we have very good reason to. On this occasion the order was flagged with a high risk fraud score. We are unable to accept orders in this scenario to protect both ourselves and our genuine customers.

I unfortunately my recent order with Attitude Clothing never arrived, I am still waiting for it. Have been waiting weeks now, it saying status ‘delivered’ but it hasn’t been. Such a shame I was really looking forward to my jewellery.

So I've ordered a hat that arrived faulty. Ive emailed to see if I can have it replaced, no one got back to me. I've sent the item back, and then they partially refunded me. So I basically paid £10 to look at a faulty item, not have the item, nor have it replaced, nor have anyone try to fix it.

Ordered an item in the sale, it didn’t arrive by the date it said on the website, then after almost 3 weeks they just sent me refund saying the item wasn’t in stock. But the item is back up on the website at full price. Ridiculous

Ordered two curioloy hand mirrors, both arrived broken. I cant return them bc I'm CEV so don't go out as noone is masking anymore. Sent in honest to god PAPER and a regular bag. No bubble wrap, nothing. Disgrace. Won't be shopping here again.

Unfortunately, sometimes fragile items can get damaged in the postal system and when this happens all we ask is for a photo to verify the damage and then we're more than happy to replace or refund as appropriate. shoes arrived broken and in the wrong size, when I asked customer service if I could have a replacement pair in the correct size they said they were unable to replace them because apparently they were discounted. even though they had sent me the wrong size and the shoes were broken I would have to pay around £80 instead of £55 for the exact same shoes to fix this company's mistake. would not order from again

Hi Emma, as previously explained by our customer service team, whilst we are very sorry that the shoes you purchased in our summer sale turned out to be faulty we are unable to replace them as they are not an immediate stock line and we do not have any more available. A full refund has been issued to your original method of payment. Regarding the issue with sizing, we work from Demonia's official size guide (which we have previously sent you), where you can see for yourself that the UK size you ordered corresponds exactly with the US size sent.
