“I still haven’t gotten my products but it asking me to leave a review about how they were???? All most waited a month and still sitting in the warehouse? With payment received. Happy to change my review when I get my tracking number and actually get my products :)”

“It’s almost 1 month now and I have not received my item . I have sent an email asking for the delivery time I was only told it’s takes 2 weeks for the leather pant to made and delivered but this is almost 4 weeks without any delivery confirmation or information”

“I ordered the panie almost 3 weeks ago and I still dont know whats happening with them. To track the package, I have to choose a shipping option that i couldnt choose when ordering. The status of the panie has not changes since shipping. I do not recommend this site.”

“Ordered my wedding shoes, they didnt turn up, customer service was appalling when i asked them to please raise with royal mail, as per royal mails website. I am planning on contacting trading standards due to their breach of my statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, specifically section 29(2). Do not buy from this company.”

“Slow service and no response to emails. Still awaiting refund on faulty goods. We ordered a pair of boots that arrived faulty (platform sole completely separating from the boot on both). I emailed with photos as instructed on website. No response. I initiated a returned through the normail 14 days terms as getting no response to emails asking for replacement. Received one email acknowledging receipt of the return, but nothing else since. They say they will notify me when they "process" the refund. Still nothing over two weeks later.”

“Sent item back for a refund had no reply to emails for a week no answer on phone for 3 days then told still need to wait for refund even though been 2 weeks since received back & even confirmed it was checked & cleared for a refund. Won’t be ordering again from Attitude Clothing very disappointing.”

“Have not received my order after almost a month, customer service is not answering any mails. Tracking number wont update, spend close to 250£, very frustrating and disappointing. Will not be shopping again, and hope to get my money back if order doesn't arrive within a month.”
