“Awful customer care service. I've had to fight for my refund. I went to PayPal. Whoever Barry is I spoke to through the website needs to brush up on his customer skills it is terrible. I wont be back and I will be telling everyone to stay clear.”

“Have not received my order, nor heard anything beyond them having taken my money (no shipping confirmation or anything), and customer service has yet to respond to my inquiry. It's been three weeks without a peep, and it's ridiculous to request a review when the order allegedly hasn't even shipped.”

“I placed an order on 3rd January. 10 days passed and I heard nothing. Then I got an email to say the item I ordered was out of stock and that I’d get a refund. Now the item is in stock again on the website. Poorly run with poor communication. I won’t be trying to order again.”

“Absolutely shocked by the lack of professionalism from Attitude Clothing, I ordered a product 24 days ago that was in stock. They were very fast to collect the money, but after fifteen days and no item, I wrote and asked what was going on, and it turns out, no stock. I'm still waiting for said item, and if you go to their page, said item is still showed as in stock. In other words, you can't trust that they even have any item that they claim to be available. Had I known it would not be in stock, I would not have bought it. Absolute disaster, on top of no communication or timeframe that is realistic.”

“Horrible experience. Ordered three ornaments for Christmas. It took ages to get any info on dispatch, so I sent an email enquiring. I got an impersonal email the day after that, saying there had been a quality control issue with two of the three ornaments. So they just cancelled the other two and sent one. I needed all three for presents—no attempt to put it right or offer options.”

“First and last time I bought something from you guys. "Fast shipping" I'm waiting over a month now and still don't know if I'll ever receive my purchase. This can't be real. And it's not the fault of the customs. It took you guys over 2 weeks to give a package to transit. This was planned as a gift for my loved one, and now it ended in disaster. Small companies from around the world manage it to deliver faster than you from much longer distances. Will Publish this review also on Google, Yelp and Trustpilot if you decide to not show it on your page, btw. People have the right to know.”

“Extremely disappointed overall. Firstly, the delivery. It took 22 days to deliver from the Netherlands to Ireland. I could have walked over and collected it in that time. Then there was the fact that Irish customs charged me VAT as no VAT had been included in the price I paid. This was NOT CLEAR at the time of purchase or I wouldn't have bothered. I was charged on almost DOUBLE what I paid as the Irish Post tell me that that is how the forms were filled out by the seller. The items, when delivered were of very mixed quality. The trousers are flimsy and unwearably low-rise which isn't clear on the website. The other items were OK. I will NEVER purchase from Attitude Clothing again - a terrible experience.”
