I haven’t received my order yet, which is very disappointing as the boots I ordered was a Christmas present for my daughter. Could you possibly be able the tell me where and when I will get my Order???

Worst company ever done business with 0ne month and still waiting for my purchase to be delivered, customer service terrible lied about item dispatched, I have tried calling the customer service no one picks up the phone and occasionally the phone is picked up the hanged up without a word i now need a full refund, I have contacted PayPal to louche a refund. I would never recommend your shop or ever shop again

Paid over £109.00 for size 8 glitter boots on 5 December, for Xmas,never showed up and can not get hold of anybody from Attitude to talk to.A joke

You promised to deliver the product on the 21st December 2020, but it hasn’t arrived yet,(27th) Poor poor service, no updates on when the product will get to me, and a very unhappy teenager who’s Christmas you spoilt.

I placed my order on 12/1. The order said it would arrive by Christmas. It did not. So I didn’t have those presents for my granddaughter

I would advise do not buy from this company honestly! I returned a pair of shoes back in November and have only just heard back from them 2 days ago. They told me they have not received my shoes so they can’t refund me. I’m really not sure that’s the case as I’ve never ever had things just get lost in the post. The customer service is very slow and they aren’t helpful especially in these situations

I have ordered my shoes almost a month ago and still no news on it. It says that is needs to be restocked but it didn’t when i bought it. This annoyed me because it does not let me get a refund either.

What an absolute disgusting company! Very poor customer service, I am disgusted! I originally placed an order on 27th November from this company, I purchased some gifts to send to a friend. Through out the past 4 weeks I have been emailing this company to see where my parcel is. On 22nd December (3 days till Christmas) I get a response from Barry from Attitude clothing that my parcel, (in his own words) ‘seems to have just disappeared’ It’s been 4 bloody weeks since I’ve ordered and NOW you tell me that it’s ‘disappeared’ So why on earth have you not sent me a replacement? Sending me a refund with out me asking what I would prefer, what kind of service is this? Anyway, I’m still waiting for my refund to land into my account, I will be in contact with my bank and will also be making Trading Standards aware of this. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

They are too big even though they are a small! I started a return a couple of weeks ago and have still not heard anything and want to send them back and have been waiting for you to get back to me about a return!

I ordered nearly one month ago, and I still havn't event received a confirmation that the order is shipped. Though this is the second time I have been asked to review my order. Not very comforting.

Even understanding that covid has been affecting delivery times etc, my order arrived significantly later than the projected dates (which were already extended from usual) and I sent 3 emails to customer service requesting an update or some idea as to how long my order might take. Eventually arrived, but I would have rather paid the extra £2 per item to order via Amazon where the tracking is easy to understand and I can contact someone about issues.

Would not recommend at all. Never got a tracking number just an email saying thank you for your business and my order number. I asked for a size 10 and got an 11! I won’t return them because I am in the USA and I will have to ship them out if my pocket. I’ll just sell them on Poshmark . Never doing business again!

I still have not received my order. This was a gift for my niece and nothing yet....so I cannot rate the quality however, I can rate the shipping and it's horrible!

Preordered shoes that were arriving in stock on 4th December. The were finally dispatched on 11th December according to my account history. I have still not received them and my account showing there is still no tracking number.
