Super poor service. Item was never delivered and they wanted me to walk around neighbourhood looking. That was their only solution, no refund, no replacement

Not particularly impressed. Refunds take an age to process and lots of deductions for postage etc. Will not use again.

The product wasn’t great, so I sent it back and I still haven’t got my refund 2 weeks later. No one has emailed me back about it either after I chased

This is the 2nd time over ordered a sale pair of demonias and it’s been cancelled days later due to saying the item is out of stock but it’s now back to full price on the website? Why put demonias in the sale if you aren’t gonna actual sell them? Never ordering from this company again

Loved the look of two pairs of platform boots. Sadly just tottering around the house they were killing my feet. I bought a couple of different inner soles but still impossible to wear. Spent £259.49 on boots I cannot wear and now over 30 day return, gutted. Order reference 379519, any chance of a late return or credit note?

Product doesn’t work! I contacted you to send it back and you don’t get returns!!!!! Also the package took 8 days to arrive and when I called after 3 days, you told me it was arriving that day. I will never shop with you again.

Whilst we welcome returns on nearly all products that we sell, however this does exclude most cosmetics including hair dye. This policy is very clearly outlined during the order process. We also note that your order was despatched 2 working days after receipt, well within the stated time for the standard shipping service you chose. If orders are needed quickly we offer several faster options that ensure a quicker delivery.

I tried to contact their customer service team three times with no response. My product arrived damaged and I can't get hold of anyone to know if I need to send it back as it says on their website they don't take returns of tights.

Do not buy from this company worst service ever returned my item weeks ago still waiting for the refund after sending emails they ask me to do a review just send me back my money

We notice from our records you refund was processed in a few days upon receipt of the return not weeks! Unfortunately we cannot provide instant returns, there is a process which includes allowing time for the postal service to get the return to us, time for us to inspect and repack the items returned, then process the refund. Even once we have precessed the refund it can take 2-4 days for the money to be received by your bank. We are not sure what your expectations are but this process will never be instant as you seem to expect. We clearly state that this can all take up to 14 days, in your case it was actually much quicker.

Absolutely poor customer service and poor quality items Sent everything back and they received them over 2 weeks ago but still no refund. Customer service are snarky and unhelpful while overall living up to the poor reputation they have garnered.over the years.

Thank you for your review. We did refund your returned items well within the advertised period, unfortunately we are not able to provide instant refunds, we need to receive the order back first and then the items need to be checked over before passing over to accounts for the refund transaction. Allowing for the post and the in house procedures this takes a few days, we just appreciate that the majority of our customers are realistic and understand this.

We are sorry that you were not happy with this product. We can confirm the hat you ordered was the one that you received. Whilst these hats are very popular and returns very rare, it didn't match you expectations, we understand this is sometimes the case. That is what our return policy is there for and you have since sent the item back and we have refunded you fully for the item.

Item was never sent, they didn’t reply to my numerous messages via Instagram, email and Twitter. Had to raise a dispute via PayPal which then made them finally refund me. Useless.

We are currently looking into this for you and will ensure that we put this right for you as soon as we can. We do take rest car to ensure items are packaged sufficiently, however there will always be some risk of damage in the mail service. We are every sorry for the disappointment this has caused you.

Hi, I placed an order 9 December 2023 and still haven't received it. Order Reference: 369744 I received an e-mail saying the order is on it's way, 12 December. I received an e-mail to review my purchase, 17 December... But still no package in the mail.😔

Thank you for your review, unfortunately your delivery was delayed due to the extra volumes of mail for overseas parcels at this time of year. The tracking indicates delivery is imminent.

Was very happy with the dress until I washed it. Followed the washing instructions and all the flocking has come off. The dress is unwearable now total waste of money.

Unfortunately we are unable to refund as the item has not been received back to us. Further to you contacting us we got in touch with Royal Mail to try and help with the issue, they could not confirm receipt of the parcel. The tracking number you provided us does not exist according to Royal Mail. We have tried to help in any way possible but without accurate tracking information there is no more we can do. Please re check the tracking number and if it is different to the one already provided either contact Royal Mail directly or we are happy to assist on your behalf.

As this is the first contact you have had with us regarding this issue we are not so far able to help. We much prefer customers to get in touch to let us resolve the issue first and we always strive to help the very best we can when we are given a chance to resolve rather than getting really bad reviews which are most unhelpful to our business. Perhaps try looking on the website where you will find all our contact details for customer service, it is not hard to find and we always respond quickly and try the best to resolve when given a fair chance to do so. As mentioned in our email to you upon receipt of the order there is a slight delay shipping your order. Tis was due to a quality control issue with the pair we had in stock. The new pair will be in this week and shipped as priority, we have contacted you directly to confirm this. We are very sorry for the delay.
