Extremely disappointed overall. Firstly, the delivery. It took 22 days to deliver from the Netherlands to Ireland. I could have walked over and collected it in that time. Then there was the fact that Irish customs charged me VAT as no VAT had been included in the price I paid. This was NOT CLEAR at the time of purchase or I wouldn't have bothered. I was charged on almost DOUBLE what I paid as the Irish Post tell me that that is how the forms were filled out by the seller. The items, when delivered were of very mixed quality. The trousers are flimsy and unwearably low-rise which isn't clear on the website. The other items were OK. I will NEVER purchase from Attitude Clothing again - a terrible experience.

Its been just under a month and my order is still at "payment received". $280 spent and it hasn't even been packaged or shipped. Disappointed.

Meine Bestellung wurde nach drei Wochen immernoch nicht verschickt. Nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage wurde ich leider nur vertröstet und erhielt keine konkrete Antwort auf meine Fragen. Es wurde sich auch nicht für die lange Wartezeit entschuldigt oder erklärt woran es liegt, dass meine Artikel nicht versandt werden. Später hieß es dann, dass drei von vier Artikeln "bald" verschickt werden könnten aber der vierte Artikel (mir wurde nicht genannt welcher genau) irgendwann separat geliefert werden müsste. Ein absolutes NoGo, da dies Mehrkosten für mich als Kunden innerhalb der EU bedeuten würde, da ich pro Päckchen eine Auslagenpauschale (7,50€) an den Zusteller entrichten müsste. Habe mich letztlich an den Zahlungsdienstleister wenden müssen um mein Geld zurück zu bekommen. Insgesamt eine absolute Enttäuschung! Unprofessioneller geht's nicht. Nie wieder!

Awful experience, I’d never shop here again despite previously valuing this brand. I bought an item and it was not as described and took approx 12 days from purchase to shipping. One item was unavailable and I wasn’t information until I chased it up. When I emailed about the item not matching the description the person I spoke to (assuming the owner) was rude, argumentative and unhelpful and denied any responsibility for the issue.

Worst ever customer service.... They didn't help at al! I ordered to Hungary , witch means I was need to pay Fót the international delivery cost, and also the hungaryan tax 27% and the hungaryan delivery fee aswell ! I should to buy from the original brand, would be cheaper!

I Returned an item a week ago, Attitude received the boots 3 days ago and I’m yet to have an email from yourselves to confirm or refund my £111. Very poor customer service and communication. Would not recommend!

Thank you for your review. Please be aware we do not have staff round the clock waiting to instantly open and inspect returns. There is a process, all items need to be inspected as we do have to resell them. It may be a few days after receipt as we do returns in batches. As per our website terms we do say to allow 14 days for refunds to be processed, normally it is a lot quicker. A friendly work of advice, if you had thought to contact customer service before just leaving a 1 star review it is likely they would attempt to fast track for you.

This company has become complete disappointment! I had made several orders in the past with no issues. However August 2025 I ordered 2 items. I waited a few weeks and had never received a shipping notification so I checked my account and discovered they had canceled 1 item from my order. They never emailed to notify me. However the other item I had ordered said it was processed- so again I waited for weeks and nothing. I just checked my account today to find out the status of my processed item and discovered they had canceled my other item. Once again absolutely no notification or communication from Attitude Clothing!! I have no idea if they even refunded my money!! Don't even bother with ordering from Attitude Clothing if you live in the USA!! Order from either Killstar or Dolls Kill instead!!

Unfortunately we have had to suspend all shipments to the US. Due to tariffs introduced by your authorities the price you would need to pay would be way higher as many of our products are made in China. The US has imposed very high tariffs on Chinese made goods irrespective of where they are shipped from. We have contacted all customers (yourself included) to explain the situation as these matters are completely out of our control. Perhaps our emails to you went into a junk folder, we have records of all emails sent to you and these were sent as soon as we were aware of these issues. Of course if you are a US citizen and you order from companies based in the US then there will be no issues, we are based in the UK and like most other UK companies we have had no choice but stop all shipments to the US at this time.

Placed my order weeks ago, marked as “dispatched” but the tracking number is invalid and the parcel was never shipped. No updates, no delivery. Be careful before ordering here.

We looked online for various sellers of a hair colour and Attitude's site said it would arrive on the Tuesday before we went on holiday. The deliery cost was more than the other retailers but we went with them as needed it before the Wednesday. It didn't arrive until Thursday so was too late. Wouldn't order from them again with false promises on delivery.

Thank you for sending in your review. Our delivery options really are quite simple. We have next day delivery and if you use this service it means your goods will arrive next day, hence the name. We have standard delivery which clearly states 3-5 working days for delivery. You chose and paid for our standard delivery. This means your order will arrive either 3, 4 or 5 working days later. When you use a service that states 3-5 working days it is probably not going to arrive in 2 working days which is what you were expecting. You ordered on the Sunday and we delivered on Thursday which is 3 working days, so on time.

Thank you for sending in your review. We did reply to you enquiry as the parcel has not arrived yet, unfortunately sometimes there are delays on international orders due to customs or other factors out of our control. We have advised to keep an eye on the tracking as the parcel should arrive soon.

Thank you for sending in a review. You returned an item to us, then almost instantly decided to email around 15 times in just a few days demanding a refund, we politely explained we cannot issue the refund until the return is received, inspected and processed, which takes around 1-2 weeks form the date you send the return. The refund was processed within our usual timeframe as advertised, unfortunately we cannot just instantly refund money, we have to process the return and this takes a few days.

Very poor quality products for the prices they charge. Do not recommend. Also, have still not heard back since sending requested evidence on 30/07/25, so customer service is lacking too.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you do not consider the items value for money. There is not a lot you can buy for £3.99 these days, so we think the hair dye is very good value at that price, but you are of course entitled to your opinion! The other item you ordered was reduced in price and you got it at less than the cost price, although there was an issue with the item we did offer a resolution which you accepted so hopefully you are happy with the final outcome.

Never received my order. Was posted hanging out my letterbox into the street so likelybstolen. Contacted Attitude & they said it's a theft matter & go to the police. Likely I shan't but again from them.

Thank you for your review. We were very sorry to hear what happened, however as the tracking from Royal Mail showed a successful delivery we cannot unfortunately be held responsible if a theft takes place after the delivery.

I ordered a bag over £100 on the 1st of July , that was “In stock ” on the 8th of July I got an email saying that bag was discontinued, so to choose another colour which, so I emailed straight back with another colour option , I was told when the new choice came back k into stock they would ship it out to me ! It’s now the 22nd of July , no dispatch notice and I have been sent an email to review my purchase ! That I still haven’t received. I won’t be ordering from them again

We are sorry you were unhappy with your order. The item you ordered was clearly advertised as 'per item' not as a pack. You then contacted us expecting a freebie as the picture on the packaging showed two. Whilst we did sympathise with you we do feel our website was very clear so were not able to send out another one for free.
