“The bag I received had lost a rivet within the first couple of weeks. They not only sent me the label to return it they also sent out a free of charge replacement straight away. I was very impressed with the speed of how it was handled.”

“Attitude are a great company. The ordering process was easy and my package arrived swiftly. The trousers I'd bought were great. Grey, green and purple tartan. The colours are lovely, nice and vibrant but not too much, and good quality. Unfortunately they didn't fit properly. I know I bought the correct size etc. They were too tight around the top of my thighs, with no elasticity and they didn't come up high enough around my hips/waist. I knew I wouldn't be able to wear them comfortably, so I had to return them. The return process was quick and easy, a couple of clicks and an email. Royal Mail collected the trousers from my house and even had the address label printed off for me!!(you do need to select this option when processing the return request). Attitude notified me when they received the package back and a few days later the money was refunded to me. They also emailed confirmation when that was done. All in all I've got no complaints....other than the fact that the trousers didn't fit!😅”
