Order was not shipped until 3 weeks after being placed, despite all products being in stock at the time of purchase. Initial request to customer service led to me being provided a year old tracking number, subsequent requests were handled well though at which points I found out some items were "to-order". The products did eventually arrive just in time. Ultimately I would have appreciated more transparency about when to expect items at the time of purchase.

I still didn't get my package after over 3 weeks from ordering. It looks like I will have to pay extra fees before I will be able to pick it up as well so it's probably the first and last time I order anything from Attitude Clothing. It simply makes no sense when I only ordered 2 items and the fee cost almost as much as my whole order.

Item arrived ok and was too big. I returned it but have not been refunded nearly two weeks later. Customer service is poor and takes ages to respond to queries

Didn't get a tracking link until the courier had already tried to deliver so despite paying for next day delivery, It was missed. This is not the first time this has happened. My partner has also noticed that some of the juniper green hair dye pots are not as thick and do not take to the hair so well.

I had to message the support email because they hadn't shipped my package within eleven days. Something to do with a new system. They did upgrade the shipping to next day, but if I hadn't emailed I can only assume I'd still be waiting.

I have not received my package it has been in transit for 19 days now but i live in the US so i will give it time and try and not get upset and just waiting a while long

We have unfortunately had a lot of problems with US shipments due to a massive change in the way imported goods are dealt with since new tariffs were introduced. These issues are ongoing and we are doing all we can to find solutions for our customers in the US.

I haven’t yet received my order since the beginning of August, I am still waiting for my items and as they were a bday gift since it didn’t arrive in time the inconvenience was massive, very poor

Magic Shadow,Lunar Tides,the dye is really pretty and everything. It faded really really fast,i mean i myself have light brown hair so thats why it couldnt even look that blue,but you actually almost couldnt even see the difference. Now 2 weeks after you cant see anything anymore :(

The belt is really good value for money, unfortunately the smallest hole on the belt renders it wearable by a giantess of some sort or other. I am going to have to find somewhere to take it to to get it altered as it goes round me 1 and 3/4 times! (Im a size 12) So just to be warned you will most probably have to get alterations done on it if you purchase it.

when i ordered my item few hours later had an email saying out of stock & no restock date so i never received my item. but the customer service was lovely. will definitely attempt to order from here again

Our records show your order was placed on the 3rd of October and was delivered by Royal Mail inside the delivery window for the delivery service you selected. If you need an order in a hurry we do offer faster delivery services for very little extra cost.

Arrived quickly. The embroidery is nice however it is very hard and I comfortable to wear. An absolute sensory nightmare. Quite dissapointed and sad really as it was very expensive.

Delivery took 4 weeks for international package and I had to pay for my free shipping while picking it up. Product is alright.

Thank you for your review, whilst the vast majority of orders to Poland from here in the Uk will arrive within around 10 days occasionally there can be delays often due to customs. Please also be aware any charges/taxes you had to pay are levied by your local authorities and are beyond our control. Purchased a lot of items and most of them went back because they were either in poor condition, damaged due to bad packing, not as described or not suited for purpose. Once they received the return it took them 1.5 weeks to calculate and issue the refund - and they look £9 for the return shipping. After I contacted them about this they have refunded the £9. Overall could’ve been better but at least I got my money back.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry you were not entirely happy with your order as you only kept a few of the items and returned the rest. As per your request we refunded these returned items in full, this was processed in just a few days, very quick bearing in mind we have to allow for the postal time and delay in sending refunds as the banks take 2-4 days to process them.

Unfortunately the item didn't fit, I have bought a few things from you but this is the first time I have returned something. The process to return items isn't good enough to be honest, from the time you received my item back it took over a week to say it was approved for refund and then a further few days for the refund to be processed making it over 2 weeks. You are quick to take money but not return it so I will be rethinking buying clothes.

Thank you for your review. Whilst the vast majority of refunds are processed within a few days we do say allow up to 14 days as there will occasionally be delays at peak times. Our records show that your return was processed on 17 April and the refund was applied on the 19th April, this was two days, there was a slight delay between receipt and processing due to staff illness, but the refund was still well within the stated period.
