“I have had an excellent experience with the customer service team. I needed to exchange slippers that were too small and emailed them, expecting a delayed response due to the Christmas period, but they replied really quickly. Happily, I was told this was no problem and to send them back. I rang customer services to ensure that they would arrive in time for Christmas and the lady was lovely and reassured me that she had reserved the larger size for me. She also rang me to say that they had been posted! What more can I say except great customer service.”

“My only gripe is the postage costs and delivery time. I think the threshold should be lower than £60 for free delivery and that it should include sale items. I spent £60 the other day , including sale and had to £4.99 to receive it nearly a week later. Other than that I love the products!!! 🖤”

“Individual items ordered were good and arrived fast enough/undamaged; however a bag I ordered got cancelled for an unspecified reason and when I checked back on the website it had increased in price a fair amount do it appears to have simply been cancelled purely to increase the price.”

“First time customer. I hadn't heard about this company & the item looked too good to be true for the price. I took a chance and ordered. I was pleasantly surprised! The item came quickly and looked just like the picture - which is a rare thing! High quality & a good price! Beautiful little item. I'll definitely be a returning customer. ☺️”
