“I have had an excellent experience with the customer service team. I needed to exchange slippers that were too small and emailed them, expecting a delayed response due to the Christmas period, but they replied really quickly. Happily, I was told this was no problem and to send them back. I rang customer services to ensure that they would arrive in time for Christmas and the lady was lovely and reassured me that she had reserved the larger size for me. She also rang me to say that they had been posted! What more can I say except great customer service.”

“It’s almost 1 month now and I have not received my item . I have sent an email asking for the delivery time I was only told it’s takes 2 weeks for the leather pant to made and delivered but this is almost 4 weeks without any delivery confirmation or information”

“Unfortunately, I paid for next day delivery before the cut off time on the website, but the items weren’t dispatched until the following day, and emails about getting a refund for the additional money I paid for next day have been ignored. I wouldn’t have paid £10 for delivery if I knew it wasn’t going to come next day, I wouldn’t have just gone for standard delivery instead. Makes me hesitant to buy in the future in case I have any issues eg if I bought clothing vs this time I bought hair dye. 2* as nothing wrong with the items or packaging.”

“Unfortunately at this date, I cannot say many positive things about my experience, since my order was not dispatched yet. I ordered on the 25th of May and received an estimate for dispatch on the 4th of June for the 5th of June. Opened a support case on the 10th of June requesting a status update and received a swift reply that someone would look into it, which was a positive sign. So I will continue waiting in good faith that eventually something will happen.”

“Things are made out of a much less nice material than you think they are going to be, the top you think is velvet is actually felt and the chain choker you think will be metal is actually plastic. But I guess it's okay for the price. :(”
