“I have had an excellent experience with the customer service team. I needed to exchange slippers that were too small and emailed them, expecting a delayed response due to the Christmas period, but they replied really quickly. Happily, I was told this was no problem and to send them back. I rang customer services to ensure that they would arrive in time for Christmas and the lady was lovely and reassured me that she had reserved the larger size for me. She also rang me to say that they had been posted! What more can I say except great customer service.”

“Unfortunately the item didn't fit, I have bought a few things from you but this is the first time I have returned something. The process to return items isn't good enough to be honest, from the time you received my item back it took over a week to say it was approved for refund and then a further few days for the refund to be processed making it over 2 weeks. You are quick to take money but not return it so I will be rethinking buying clothes.”

Thank you for your review. Whilst the vast majority of refunds are processed within a few days we do say allow up to 14 days as there will occasionally be delays at peak times. Our records show that your return was processed on 17 April and the refund was applied on the 19th April, this was two days, there was a slight delay between receipt and processing due to staff illness, but the refund was still well within the stated period.

“The bag I received had lost a rivet within the first couple of weeks. They not only sent me the label to return it they also sent out a free of charge replacement straight away. I was very impressed with the speed of how it was handled.”

“Do not buy from this company worst service ever returned my item weeks ago still waiting for the refund after sending emails they ask me to do a review just send me back my money”

We notice from our records you refund was processed in a few days upon receipt of the return not weeks! Unfortunately we cannot provide instant returns, there is a process which includes allowing time for the postal service to get the return to us, time for us to inspect and repack the items returned, then process the refund. Even once we have precessed the refund it can take 2-4 days for the money to be received by your bank. We are not sure what your expectations are but this process will never be instant as you seem to expect. We clearly state that this can all take up to 14 days, in your case it was actually much quicker.

“Absolutely poor customer service and poor quality items Sent everything back and they received them over 2 weeks ago but still no refund. Customer service are snarky and unhelpful while overall living up to the poor reputation they have garnered.over the years.”

We did refund your returned items well within the advertised period, unfortunately we are not able to provide instant refunds, we need to receive the order back first and then the items need to be checked over before passing over to accounts for the refund transaction. Allowing for the post and the in house procedures this takes a few days, we just appreciate that the majority of our customers are realistic and understand this.
