“I have had an excellent experience with the customer service team. I needed to exchange slippers that were too small and emailed them, expecting a delayed response due to the Christmas period, but they replied really quickly. Happily, I was told this was no problem and to send them back. I rang customer services to ensure that they would arrive in time for Christmas and the lady was lovely and reassured me that she had reserved the larger size for me. She also rang me to say that they had been posted! What more can I say except great customer service.”

“Absolute scam of a company, send me a product they dont even stock. Contacted them multiple times through multiple channels. It was only when I opened a PayPal dispute they responded to them but no emails to myself. Customer service phone is just a voicemail service which no one gets back to. Avoid them like the plague.”

“Ordered an item as part of a birthday present it was marked as in stock. When I emailed to ask what was happening after 18 days (was told it would be delivered in 5 days originally) was told it would be posted out and tracking would be available in 2 days then 2 days later had to email again to find out what was happening. So after waiting an additional 15 days and multiple emails there wasn't even a hint of an apology from customer service. Wild shocking customer service. Not be using them again if it can be avoided.”

“Highly positive experience buying from Attitude clothing. I had an issue with my order (nothing to do with Attitude clothing. The postal service damaged my parcel and lost 2 items from it) and the customer service from Attitude clothing was fast and helpful. They were able to reship my missing items quickly. Would absolutely buy from here again”

“Boots I ordered eventually refunded with no real explanation (just a standard email) I had used the 10% off new customer coupon so that was lost too. The other items (hair dye) took ages to arrive. Don’t think I’ll bother with this company again.”

“Ordered 2 belts, 1 pyramid studded single eyelet down the middle, and 1 hexagram canvas belt, arm warmers and a wallet chain. 3/4 amazing 5/5 stars, the canvas belt came rusted, the moving bit that clamps the belt shut is the rusted part (view photo), wouldve asked/contacted support for something (not sure what) but it was a fiver, couldnt expect much really. Otherwise great. Shipping a bit slow, i think 4 days, compared to the 2-3 shipping days.”
