“I have had an excellent experience with the customer service team. I needed to exchange slippers that were too small and emailed them, expecting a delayed response due to the Christmas period, but they replied really quickly. Happily, I was told this was no problem and to send them back. I rang customer services to ensure that they would arrive in time for Christmas and the lady was lovely and reassured me that she had reserved the larger size for me. She also rang me to say that they had been posted! What more can I say except great customer service.”

“Sent item back for a refund had no reply to emails for a week no answer on phone for 3 days then told still need to wait for refund even though been 2 weeks since received back & even confirmed it was checked & cleared for a refund. Won’t be ordering again from Attitude Clothing very disappointing.”

“Have not received my order after almost a month, customer service is not answering any mails. Tracking number wont update, spend close to 250£, very frustrating and disappointing. Will not be shopping again, and hope to get my money back if order doesn't arrive within a month.”

“What can I say i been shopping with this shop before the internet was as popular i saw them advertised in rock magazine in 1997 I use to have send in money order so im customer long time i always bought my clothes and hair dye from here because of how fast they ship to me within few days i got what i order this is probably only store that been around as long myself. I tell people all go look on attitude clothing they might have it. Its sad see they no longer sell lot of America brands because of what going on in world. But still got hair dye stuff so guys keep up the good work you rock i still be buying when im im my 70s lol”

“Ordering & Service Ordering was straightforward, and the confirmation email arrived immediately. Posting was prompt with no delays, and communication throughout was excellent. Postage and packaging costs are a little on the expensive side. Product Lunar Tides hair dye I love this hair dye. The colours are vibrant and consistently excellent.”

“It looks like a great company and it has a lot of variety in it's products. However because I love in Belgium I had to pay import cost on the products... 40 euros worth of hair dye and 38 for import costs. I politely declined and asked to send it back.”
