Returned item, still not had refund or credit and emailed several time with no response. About to open a PayPal dispute.

I have not received my items so I cannot review the products, sadly. I tried to contact on 22nd December, not having received my two items (£28.27) ordered on 13th December (ref:267779), and was told there was a delay with the post but I should have received by now as if I look at my account order history it suggests it was dispatched on the 15th December. I’m very disappointed :(

12/12/20 Ordered and paid for a pair of boots (£100) which were in stock on their website and were to be a Christmas present. Delivery was 3-7 days, nothing arrived, impossible to get them on the phone so sent an email asking what’s happening...got a reply 6 days later saying sorry but the boots were out of stock and they'll notify me when they’re back in but they don’t know when that will be!!! I sent a reply nearly a week ago asking for an immediate refund and as of today, I still have not had a reply...absolutely disgusting service and aftercare from this company. Big present for my child never turned up because of this incompetence.

I am not impressed by returns policy- despite registering the return via my account 24 hours ago I am yet to receive an email with the returns slip or address label. I won't be using this website again

Worst company ever done business with 0ne month and still waiting for my purchase to be delivered, customer service terrible lied about item dispatched, I have tried calling the customer service no one picks up the phone and occasionally the phone is picked up the hanged up without a word i now need a full refund, I have contacted PayPal to louche a refund. I would never recommend your shop or ever shop again

Paid over £109.00 for size 8 glitter boots on 5 December, for Xmas,never showed up and can not get hold of anybody from Attitude to talk to.A joke

You promised to deliver the product on the 21st December 2020, but it hasn’t arrived yet,(27th) Poor poor service, no updates on when the product will get to me, and a very unhappy teenager who’s Christmas you spoilt.

I placed my order on 12/1. The order said it would arrive by Christmas. It did not. So I didn’t have those presents for my granddaughter

I would advise do not buy from this company honestly! I returned a pair of shoes back in November and have only just heard back from them 2 days ago. They told me they have not received my shoes so they can’t refund me. I’m really not sure that’s the case as I’ve never ever had things just get lost in the post. The customer service is very slow and they aren’t helpful especially in these situations

I have ordered my shoes almost a month ago and still no news on it. It says that is needs to be restocked but it didn’t when i bought it. This annoyed me because it does not let me get a refund either.

What an absolute disgusting company! Very poor customer service, I am disgusted! I originally placed an order on 27th November from this company, I purchased some gifts to send to a friend. Through out the past 4 weeks I have been emailing this company to see where my parcel is. On 22nd December (3 days till Christmas) I get a response from Barry from Attitude clothing that my parcel, (in his own words) ‘seems to have just disappeared’ It’s been 4 bloody weeks since I’ve ordered and NOW you tell me that it’s ‘disappeared’ So why on earth have you not sent me a replacement? Sending me a refund with out me asking what I would prefer, what kind of service is this? Anyway, I’m still waiting for my refund to land into my account, I will be in contact with my bank and will also be making Trading Standards aware of this. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
