Most of the items I brought were good but unfortunately the mirror that came was broken before I could open it. When reported and sent back I received a message saying I’d have a refund and haven’t received anything.

I ordered at December 3rd. Package hasn’t arrived yet and is still on its way (probably next year). I wrote the costumer service and only the automatic answer has responded. :)

I haven’t even revived the item yet. I ordered it the 28th of November. Its not even sure I will receive it before Christmas. first time it has taken so long to receive a package from UK

Not very impressed, wasn't aware shipping will be that long. After contacting customer service to get any update just had response that its direct order and thats why its taking so long. I have no idea what that means. After few days got another email saying one of the items on my order is not available and will be refunded. Finally got my order after 3 weeks. Was excited but when I opened it the coat I ordered was wrong size. I ordered M recieved L. Looked too big on me and material wasn't as nice as I expected for £100 coat. So unfortunately returned. Could been more updates and explanations at time of placing an order of expected time of delivery and items that are out of stock. I also tried calling customer services couple times but no answer. Sent email on 12.11 got a response on 17th. Just vagely saying order is delayed in despatch due to Direct order. And its soon to dispatch 2 to 3 days. Recieved order on 28th of November.so not very happy.

I bought the Restyle Catacombs bag. I've always been impressed by the fact Attitude stocks brands from abroad (I'm based in UK). The delivery was swift.. HOWEVER! Only after 11 uses the bag strap broke mid-commute. So I did what I should do, I emailed Attitude Clothing with images of my recipet + the break. They responded within hours to say the image wasn't attached. Fair do! So I went ahead and sent again, Again they responded telling me they couldnt recieve the images as the image size is too large.. So they sent me a additional Email to try with.. Then began the radio silence. I haven't heard a single response. I've sent a fresh email everyday since, New Images attached, GDrive link with the images and also pasted into the email itself... I even sent a fresh support ticket. Still nothing. I'm starting to lose hope of anything to be done .. I haven't even owned the bag a month. Very disappointed so far. If they change their tune I'll update my review.

Product dimensions were not right. I have returned the item with proof of delivery from the courier but no acknowledgement from the vendor and still awaiting a refund. Customer service needs improvement.

Unfortunately, after two and a half weeks of waiting for my order, I got an email saying my money was being refunded as they did not have my shoes in stock. After this I got one email explaining this. Communication was poor in letting me know that my order was unlikely to arrive.

Received the right trousers in the wrong size. Site stated 28". I Received 30", I returned the trousers on the 23rd of September. It's now the 6th of October, I have emailed them asking if they have received the trousers back yet. I have yet to receive a response, I'd like my refund please.

I ordered the Vesper Leggings, and went nearly two weeks without hearing anything even after emailing so I rang customer service. The person on the phone told me the leggings were a preorder and it said so on the website (spoiler alert: it didn't!) and told me they wouldn't be shipping until August. Cue getting an email, saying that they'd get back to my query asap.. and then when they did, telling me that no actually the leggings weren't due August, it was actually that Monday. Not a great first experience buying from you.

Don't accept returns for sealed hairdye that has clearly not been tampered with/opened. I have 3.5 tubs of Lunar Tides (Orchid) dye I have no use for! It turned my hair blue not purple and lasted for 1 wash before REALLY fading too. Garbage product and garbage return policy.

I can't comment on the products but the website is not easy to navigate and I was very disappointed in the system for purchasing vouchers. I wanted to purchase for someone else and it was more complicated than it should be. I've purchased lots of online vouchers and this was the worst experience of them all. Hopefully easier in future.

Thank you for your review. We understand what you are saying about the vouchers, the system we use really isn't great. Unfortunately it is the only one available to us on this website. We will certainly look to update it to a new system as soon as the opportunity arises. The next one will be easier for sure.

Delivery took a month, the item is much smaller than described (2 stars for the item actually arriving)

Thank you for your review. We note the order was placed on 18th December, a peak time for shipping and was with customs in your country just a few days later, the parcel was then redirected at your request. This all happened in just a few days, not one month! We have been selling that item for a long time and do not get many returns due to size, but of course if you are not happy feel free to return it.

Mossing dokumentation with the package made some complications through customs, I had to send dokuments myself and it tool almost a week konger and higher expencis for me.

Thank you for your review. We do not send any documentation with orders any more, it is all done electronically, I can confirm all the required information was correct and present so any issues were with the delivery company and not to do with paperwork.

Leggings arrived with multiple holes in, very creased and look like they’d already been worn. Contacted customer services who said I have to pay to return them and I could be refunded if deemed ‘refundable’. I didn’t have time to waste going to the post office and attempting a swap when I needed them for an event sooner. I’ve since seen all the holes up. Definitely wouldn’t order anything else, I’m really disappointed as there was a few other items I liked but not chancing it.

After making several purchases. I was then emailed telling me one item wasn't available this item had a delivery charge for it, I was refunded the price of the item but not delivery. Emailed them regarding this nobody got back to me not happy. Why have products on your website if not available?
