Hi Kerry, we've checked with DPD and they first attempted delivery of your order on 15th July, and then tried again on 18th July. When no one was in to accept the parcel they left a card asking you to rearrange delivery but had no response and so your order is now on its way back us. If you'd still like the goods we're happy to resend but please ensure someone will be available to accept delivery to avoid any further problems.

I ordered something as a gift, and it was in bits when it arrived. It arrived on the day I was due to give it to the person, so I had to try to repair it myself. I was very disappointed that it had been so easily destroyed during shipping

I ordered a pair of Koi shoes but the brand on them is something completely different, it was as if they were a ‘knock off’ version from wish. In the same parcel was a beautiful necklace that was thrown lose in the parcel with the shows and was utterly broken into pieces by the time it got to me. As it was made from acrylic it isn’t something that can be fixed. Shipping and communication is some of the worst I’ve ever had, it is safe to say that I will never be ordering from them again.

Put one foot in and left a massive whole, we’re so fragile and useless. Felt like tissue paper and wasn’t very elastic. Never buying from here again.

Bought a belt and it didn’t fit - however when I went onto my account to return it said I had never made any orders. I followed the contact link to try and find out how to return and no one has ever got back to me. Really poor service unfortunately

The dungaree shorts I bought shrank in wash ,and I only put them on a quick low wash ,so not impressed with the quality of them wish I sent them back in the first place like I was going to

WTF attitude!? been on waiting list for 14 MONTHS to get my sneakers. finally when they emailed me they were in stock, i ordered them and guess what!? 2 WEEKS AFTER PAYING FOR THEM ATTITUDE CLOTHING CO. SENDS ME AN EMAIL SAYING ITS STILL OUT OF STOCK!!! TOTAL BS. BUY FROM SOMEWWHERE ELSE. SERIOUSLY LAME.

Hello, I have received today my order for Kera-08 shoes. I ordered shoe size 9, but I got 12. I would like for you to send me the right ones and I will return these. I also ask to recieve the shoes duty free because I already paid 28€ of duty. Thank you for your answer, regards, Olga

Hi Olga, We have checked in to this and according to our records, you have ordered the shoes in a UK size 9 which is equivalent to a US 12 (EU 42), which is what you have been sent. If you have any further queries, please get in touch with our customer care team. Kind regards Attitude Clothing Co.

My item broke after 2 days I spent £80 and have had no reply to my email of complaint !! Ridiculous service and quality. Shoes were worn twice and snapped I twisted my ankle and attitude clothing doesn’t have the audacity to reply to my email but can send me ‘please write a review’

I'm still waiting for delivery of this item and will probably not receive before Xmas. Was ordered on 21st Nov and when I check the track number this is what it says - This item is on its way to Royal Mail. The sender has advised they've despatched your item to us. The sender has advised us they're preparing your item. More information will be available when we receive it. So what's going on??

I ordered my shirt a month ago and never received it. I emailed the company asking about the status and never got a reply. I still have not received my order and cannot reach anyone.

Never received the item I ordered. The confirmation email I got didn’t give me a way to track my package. I paid almost $50 for a skirt that I never even got.

I haven’t even had the product yet, this was ordered and money taken 3 weeks ago. This will miss my daughters birthday of which it was purchased for. Original despatch date said 24th November !!!!

I put my order in back in August and despite putting my address in correctly, it was shipped to an entirely different country. It’s now been 3 months of me trying to reach out about it and I’ve heard nothing back. I guess I’m just out the $200 I spent. Thanks for nothing, attitude!

Мне прислали не тот размер. Дтлжны были 8,пр слали 11. Не знаю,как будет решаться ситуация дальше,поменяют ли его на првильный или вернут деньги,но ситуация не приятная. Очень ждала обувь,и очень огорчена,что получила не то,что хотела

Thank you for your review, which states we sent you the wrong size. Pease be aware the sizes on the boot are US sizes (as the brand is from the US). As we are based in the UK we advertise the shoes as UK sizes. This is clearly stated on our site, please try the shoes on as if it was UK size 8 you wanted, that is what you have received as a UK8 is a US11.
