“I am trully amazed about the customer service provided by Assots London team! They are really helpful and repy to e-mails very quickly. I had an enquiry about international delivery since I live in Hungary. Regrettably, they do not deliver to Europe yet, but they plan to expand their service in the last quarter of this year as I understood. I am looking forward this expansion as I bought in London couple of years ago a 'BARBARA' black soft full grain leaather tote bag, which I use every day. I truly love this bag, excellent quality at affordable price! Maria”

“Ordered, tracked and on the due date I was not at home, I was so pleased when I was given the option of choosing a different drop off point which was extremely effective. “Excellent quality bag. However, the tan colour is quite dark. I have emailed Assots to ask how I return the bag, but they have not responded to my email. I hope I haven't been scammed.”
