The handbag would have been perfect if the description had been accurate. It was described as LIGHT ICE GREY when it was clearly dirty beige.

The bag was really small. Wanted to return but decided to keep because of return costs. I expected it to be the normal size of a bag due to the cost.

Product was great but arrived two days late for the event despite paying 1-2 day premium delivery cost. Took 4 days to arrive

I recently bought a handbag for my mum. The handbag had glue on it so sent pictures and asked for a refund or discount. Customer service told me it was definitely glue and not a default so couldn't offer me anything which is fine, so I decided to return it for a refund. They didn't even offer free return, I had to pay for the postage. If the bag had been in perfect condition, I wouldn't have returned it therefore wouldn't have spent extra for postage. I don't think it was handled the correct way and would have expected a free return postage

I'm not too happy , this bag was one of my fiancee's gifts for her birthday over the weekend , first of all I paid for Express delivery 'it was slow getting to me' & also as you'll see from the photos , the bag itself is creased , looks like needs flattening out !! Also , my fiancee' went to let the strap down / out - noticed a split .... she's dissapointed as I am ! I'd like some kind of credit / compensation please ! I really love your products but your service is letting them down. I am still waiting more than 2 weeks after making my order for it to be delivered and no sign of it yet so I expect it will be at least 3 weeks. Along with the high price of postage I am not happy with the length of time for delivery. Would love to have given a better review but without the products that is not possible

This bag in colour is more a taupe colour than an ice grey - purchased for £33.95 and was originally £91.99 - definitely not worth that price

I gave two stars for the poor packaging of the backpack,it was covered in a clear plastic bag and delivery bag, that’s all. It came flat, it looked cheap and the leather had a funny smell. I wanted to return it because it is way smaller than it looks on their website and the customer service wasn’t friendly at all.

I ordered a Bag as a Christmas present from the higher-end range and it arrived simply in a cheap plastic bag. I emailed Assots to say I was disappointed the presentation was not of a very high standard and received no reply at all. When my daughter opened her Christmas present, it was scratched and marked on the front of the bag and very noticeable. A very poor nonresponse and overall bad experience with an unusable damaged bag.
