“I needed a cross body bag and hadn’t found anything that could be worn with both smart fashion and sports wear. The bag I bought can be worn with everything and is made out of beautiful quality leather and looks just as good as the designer bags I have which cost hundreds of pounds. I will definitely be buying more from Assots.”

“Ordered my bag a month ago still have not received it, was told I had a tracking number, so nothing they could do, tried the track number, got nowhere, feel very badly let down, paid £40 and have no bag, appalling customer service”

Hi Kim, Many thanks for your feedback. The address provided to us was wrong which has led the product to be classified as 'lost' by the courier company used. We are still yet to get a further update on the lost parcel by Royal Mail and to make things worse, there is nothing we can do about it as we are helpless due to the delivery details being incorrect when placing the order. “I was sent the wrong order, not the end of the word as I had ordered with plenty of time for Mother’s Day. I contacted assots who said they would get my order sent that day. I returned the incorrect order as requested. I have still not had the postage for that refunded even though I have sent them a receipt of postage again as requested. I did not receive my correct order in time for Mother’s Day as they did not send it until I chased it up 6 days later. Although then told me it had already been sent. I have now received my return postage.”
