Extremely disappointed as I sent the item back in the 3rd of December and still haven’t got me refund. Will never order from Assots again.

Once issued, refunds typically take 5–7 working days to reflect, depending on your original payment provider. To clarify, the delay occurred because we did not initially receive the returned item. As soon as the return was received, it went through our standard quality checks, which are required before any refund can be issued. Unfortunately, as the return reached us later than expected, this extended the overall timeline. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and understand how disappointing this must have been. Still not received my purchase 8 days after purchasing, tracking number for royal mail ( 48 hr delivery!) states that it hasnt even been recieved by them to be processed. Payment has gone from my account. Contacted ASSOTS and got a standard "we are looking into it" response, heard nothing since. No phone number to speak to a human being available. Not happy as a christmas present and ordered well in advance. Im even in the same country!

I will not be ordering from this company again. I managed to purchase a handbag (and receive a dispatch notification) which I was later told was out of stock. I was offered an alternative or refund. I chose an alternative. A refund was processed. After a lot of back and forth via email, which I found very frustrating, I was mistakenly given a refund and asked to order a new item. The refund could take up to 10 days to be available in my account. I was offered nothing as a gesture of goodwill for the stressful and frustrating service I had received. I cannot believe they expected me to place a new order with them after that experience. Steer clear!

I purchased the bag but sadly havent recieved it. Customer service has been communicating with me however the situation hasn't been resolved. I am very dissapointed. I have no bag & no refund. Have asked for information but getting nowhere. Such a shame.

Bag smelt strongly of fish, soaked for a day with washing tablets- no improvement. Washed x3 times in machine ( in pillow case) bag is ruined. Will not be buying again.
