“Poor quality and no support I am very disappointed with Assots London. After only a few months of use, the inside stitching of my bag has fallen apart. I contacted them to ask for a repair or replacement, especially since the outside is still like new as I hardly used it. Their response was: "Please also note that we do not provide a manufacturer’s warranty on our products." The fact that they are unable to stand behind the quality of their products tells you everything. I've had a crossbody bag from Aliexpress last longer than this, and it was a fraction of the price. Save your money.”

“Lovely shaped bag but thinner leather than I expected. I personally like a stiffer bag. I holds a lot. Not packaged very well, in just a plastic bag and the strap ring had pressed into the leather.”
