“Very disappointed as it showed it with a wide straps”

The wider straps are part of a new collection we have recently launched, which includes selected bags that come with the wider strap along with a range of complimentary items. “I’m very disappointed with the handbag, Before I ordered I checked all the measurements which it said it was 28 cm when it arrived I measured it and it is 20 cm. I would have returned it but I really needed it”
