“Service was excellent very quick and speedy, well packaged, but not the colour advertised, much darker than expected . Unfortunately for this reason I returned the handbag and am still awaiting a refund.”

“The purses are well constructed with amazing use of space. However, of the 3 purses, 2 were off colour. The 2 grey purses were beige and brown. I’m very unimpressed! Given the hassle and expense of returning the bags from a foreign land (about 50% of the cost of the bags), I will dye them. The grey bags will have beige or brown zippers. It’s disappointing. At least they were on sale.”

“A bit unhappy as the colour was not what I wanted when I got in touch with Assots they said, due to the naked nature of this leather type, there is a lot of variation in the grey colour. Some are light while others are darker. Please advise whether you wish to return the item and we would be happy to process your refund once we receive your return but you would have to pay for sending this back themselves”
