Arrived on time but flowers were not very fresh and within a few days were already looking tired. Won't be using you again for this reason!

So sorry- the flowers looked beautiful online- but when delivered half of the message was not printed and the flowers arrived with many buds at the bottom of the package. We were so disappointed to hear that a lovely gesture was slighly marred by the unexpected substandard service

Sadly, we ordered flowers for our collegue leaving on maternity leave and were embarrassed by the poor quality of product. I have been told that we will get a refund AND a replacement product which I hope will be considerably better.

The flowers were looking very tired... they also arrived in a box that was a little damaged and the flowers themselves were wrapped in white paper which was not particularly special looking.. to be honest they looked like they could have been bought anywhere!

Having asked for extra large, what arrived can only be described as regular. This was my first (and last) try of Appleyard. Fooled by their great looking website.

Supposed to receive 25 % discount - which was the reason for using this site - took ages to order two items then guess what Discount declined - not good enough appleyards!

Picture advertised was not anything like my friend received. I paid for a large bouquet and the bouquet sent appeared very sparse and small. Not very impressed at all .

I chose this florist as the flowers looked very well arranged and beautiful. The bouquet I ordered was to consist of 7 Miss Piggy Roses chosen as my Grandmother passed away at Christmas last year and they were her favorite flower. My mother adores these flowers because of this. I was very pleased to see that your florist was able to provide this type of Rose. However on my Mothers birthday they arrived only for me to discover they were not at all Miss Piggy Roses! They were mauve ans very small. I really don't like doing this but these flowers looked lovely on the website and I appreciated that it stated that these were the extra large on the photograph but I was surprised and disappointed on how few flowers were received for the standard especially as these were for my daughter's grave as would have been her birthday. I usually get the florist to make them for the same amount of money but this time as they looked so pretty would give Apple yard a try.

I am very disappointed with the service I have received. I placed an order some days ago and I still have no idea whether it has been delivered or not. When I spoke to a lady in your London branch she said she was not able to track my order due to my delivery selection. This is extremely disappointing as it was not made to clear to me on your website that selecting "free delivery" would mean that my order could not be tracked. The flowers were intended to be a surprise and so I cannot ring up the recipient to see if they have been delivered. I will not be using your service again.

Dear Sir/Madam, I don't like to leave negative feedback but am I really disappointed with the flowers delivery to my mum. I thought my opting for a large bunch the arrangement would look better but it just looked disappointing. In addition, my flowers did not arrive on my selected date.... The flowers were for my mother. She said the roses were a bit tired round the edges, she thought because they had been dispatched on a Friday and not delivered until Tuesday.

Flower were dead within 3 days which is a big shame for the price paid. Delivery was on time therefore 2 stars otherwise disappointing.

Expensive and very small bouquet of flowers. The only positive was arrived on time and I was kept in touch about the delivery but I can thank DPD for this. I will not be using again as a special occasion was filled with disappointment.

I was ever so pleased with the speed of the delivery, however i must say considering i paid the extra £5 for a large bunch of flowers I was very disappointed indeed. Paying £30 for a bouquet i would have expected something extra special however, after seeing what arrived I could have got a very similar bouquet in a suppeermrket for a quarter of the price. Really quite upsetting as they were a gift for someone.

The total cost of the flowers was close to £50 and in all honesty I thought the flowers were poor. The roses were wilted and looked well past their best. This is the first time I have used Appleyard. Suffice to say its going to be the last. I thought choosing a supplier away from the large national firms would mean a better bouquet but this was not the case. The flowers were delivered on time.

Quite expensive for what was received, but happy to stomach that if the quality is good. However, flowers were poor quality, dead within two days and quite obviously old flowers when they arrived. I bought my wife more flowers as a result (they were for our anniversary) and by way of contrast they are still alive well over a week later. I won't be using your company again.
