“I was happy with the prompt service and delivery provided by Appleyard. Loved the fact that you could track your delivery driver in real time, especially as I was getting the flowers delivered in London, while I am in Australia. The flowers were beautiful, however they didn't seem true to the image on the website, but they were beautiful none the less.”

“I arranged for the flowers to go to a friend ( a common practice I would have thought when buying flowers) yet the delivery company sent me texts and emails about delivery times and what to do if no one was at home?”

“Beautiful flowers sent to sick friend, price great as was delivery. However, I added a white porcelain jug in case she didn't have one big enough (it was the largest size bunch) but it was actually too small, so a complete waste of money. As there was no size information on the jug description I assumed, wrongly, that it would be sized accordingly. That said, she did have a large vase & said the jug was very nice. Will use again.”

“The flowers arrived on the selected day in great condition. However, by the time the lilies opened the roses were noticeably drooping and the lilies didn't start opening until after a week of delivery.”

“Flowers were very nice quality and smelt lovely. Almost lasted a week but some went off a few days before. Delivered on designated day and we'll packaged so survived Royal Mail! Would be good to have message for postman to leave them if no one in as they went back to sorting office and we had to go and collect. Fortunately they let us collect later that afternoon, not next working day. Not sure how they'd have faired another day in a box and would have missed the day.”

“I was very impressed with the service. The site is easy to use and my sister was very happy with the bouquet. She sent some pictures to me and I personally felt that the bunch was rather on the small side. However she was happy so that's what matters.”

“I haven't actually received any flowers from Appleyard myself, more's the pity, but I have used them several times for gifts for others, and they've been very well received. The last bouquet I sent didn't have a card attached, which caused some confusion, but wasn't really a big deal and apparently the flowers were gorgeous. I will definitely use them again.”

“Good I hope! It's hard to say as I sent the flowers to friends who had been bereaved so it's hard to ask. The flowers on the website looked great and the service certainly seemed efficient and fast.”
