“You have lovely bouquets. As a purchaser from the US, the one problem I had was that I think there is supposed to be a pull-down list of States, but none showed. I went through the order process about four times typing in the state and then tried typing in the state as "VA" rather than "Virginia"--then my order went through. Have a good day. Suzanne”

“Arrived on time and beautifully packed. The flowers were not as shown in the picture. There were too many blue thistles which overwhelmed the freesias I really wanted”

“My very discerning mother reported that the flowers were packed very thoughtfully, arrived in perfect condition and were very fresh so full marks. The only flaw was my choice of blooms which I suspect were not exactly her taste! Oh well........”

“Nice website. Easy to navigate. Good pricing or so I thought. Bought large bouquet for €5 extra but in the photo my friend sent me it doesn't look like the large bouquet on the website. Felt a bit embarrassed...! Lovely flowers though.”

“Lovely, unusual bouquet. Bought extra large - didn't seem as luxurious as the picture. There was an upgrade offer advertised but no details about what the offer was and no customer service at weekends to ask someone which was a bit frustrating.. Turns out I could have got a large bouquet for the price of the standard. Gave as a gift and it was well received.”

“The flowers arrived on time and beautifully and safely packed. It was a stunning bouquet - better than viewed on line . Unfortunately. After 4 days the roses began to turn brown which was s disappointment as I expected them to last at least a week . The greenery and white flowers lasted longer . It was , in spite of this , a very impressive display .”

“I sent flowers to my granddaughter and her husband on the occasionsion of their wedding anniversary. I was very pleased with the delivery as I was rather late ordering the flowers as we had just returned from a holiday. She telephoned me to say they were beautiful. Thank you very much. “What is 'description of card'? I have not come across this before. Otherwise my experience of the the site was quite straight forward. I will be interested to see if the gift receiver is happy with the flowers. There was nowhere for me to ask if they can be delivered before 5pm. So I have my fingers crossed that they will arrive by then. Cheers.”
