“I am very pleased with the quality and service my wife received from Appleyard. The weakest link however is using Royal Mail as the postman was quite aggressive with my wife as she did not open the door quickly enough to suit himself.”

“The flowers were beautiful but they were placed in the recipients post box and there was no note left to inform my friend where they were . When I hadn't received a thank you for them I phoned my friend late that night ..... the day of her birthday ( they were for her 70th birthday) she then had to totter about outside with a torch and her son eventually found them in their post box . Found a bit late sadly .”

“Flowers sent to a colleague. We asked about the condition of the flowers when received (as other florists we've used, flowers had arrived browning and broken etc); and unfortunately these too apparently arrived in a less than perfect state - the carnations were all browning and dried apparently, but otherwise the rest of the bouquet was good.”

“I ordered some flowers for my mums 50th birthday and they arrived first thing in the morning on the chosen day of delivery and the quality was great! They're still going strong 2 weeks later. Only slight downside is that it would have been nice to have the vase included in the picture as part of the package.”

“There is no doubt these are top quality flowers presented beautifully.. Arrived safely on time for a birthday gift. I paid the extra for an XL bouquet but was slightly disappointed with the size.. Perhaps the flowers we bunched closer together but it looked more average than the 'wow' I was hoping for.. I will use again but will be cautious when paying the extra.”

“Flowers delivered on time and a beautiful bunch too. They are still out on the table 14 days on although are starting to wilt so excellent value. The cake in a tin however was truly inedible. I would be the flowers again though.”

“Have bought many floral gifts from Appleyard Flowers and they have all been received with great responses from the recipients . The flowers have been very pretty and lasted at least 7 days and delivery is always on time. The only slight problem I've had was with the gift card/cards that are supposed to be with the flowers sometimes they are not in with the gift and other times they are more of a business card size not and actual card . e.g birthday/mothers day .Other than the card issue , I have been delighted with Appleyard Flowers.”

“Very efficient website. Order delivered on time and in nice box. The flowers were lovely and the photo on the website did them justice. One of the roses looked "tired" and maybe was not as fresh as could have been expected. However, the rest were fine. Overall I would consider using the service again.”

“I was a little nervous about using Appleyard as I'd read some bad reviews online. However, since when do people receive a service that goes well and write a good review? Most people just part with the money and take it for granted the service goes well. Fair enough, but I suppose I should weigh in here and say that Appleyard did a great job. My mum got the flowers as planned and once they opened fully, looked exactly as in the pictures (some doing as they're pretty gorgeous photos) and apparently smell fantastic. So - good job Appleyard, thanks very much.”
