“Stunningly beautiful quality flowers delivered with quality packaging. Unfortunate attitude of delivery company who thought that 4.15pm delivery on Valentines Day was acceptable making it look like I'd forgotten valentines day and the flowers were a panicky after thought. When I raised this point with Appleyard I was told that the delivery company always send an e mail on the day of delivery to state delivery time..... true but not really the point... when I commented on the 'fairness' of this policy driven approach to customer service, I was offered a £10 voucher off my next order. It wasn't about the money it was more about the holistic need for the 'in the moment service'.”

“I ordered two bouquets for friends. I'm sure they were happily and well received. Your website has beautiful photographs and is easy to navigate and use. If the actual bouquets look like the photographs then all is extremely well with Appleyard Flowers”

“Smooth and easy to place order. I would prefer having an option to create a personal bouquet. This will give great satisfaction and a better idea to the florist on the theme. Otherwise, a great choice.”

“Lovely presentation when arrived. Day 2 one of the roses had had enough however thereafter the rest of the arrangement kept evolving as the lilies started to open. Beautiful and long lasting.”

“I was very pleased to get the flowers delivered on a Sunday,and they were delivered in good time. The flowers were lovely although I was a little dissapointed by the size of the bunch, I ordered the middle size.”

“I chose Appleyard because the flowers looked superb and the web site was much nicer looking than others I looked at. The bunch was for my daughter's 21st birthday and I wanted to get them there the day before or on the day. They did not get there until the day after so the moment was missed. I had not realised that Royal Mail was the method of delivery until I was tracking the delivery. If I had I would have paid the maximum delivery charge because I know they are unreliable. BUT I have to say that the response to the problem was excellent. They immediately accepted the mistake was made. They repaid my credit card and they sent another bunch to make up for the one that missed. My daughter got two fab bunches so although the moment was missed Appleyard did all they could to remedy the situation and it completely changed my attitude towards the company and I will use them again in the future.”

“Flowers arrived following day as requested, but slightly disappointed as thought they were somewhat expensive for the amount of flowers supplied.Having said that now into 2nd week and they are lasting well particularly the lilies, a couple of which are not yet fully open.”

“The website didn't work properly and didn't offer delivery on the day I wanted it. I phoned Appleyard and they sorted it out the next day so when I returned to the website I could select the delivery day I wanted. The friend I sent the flowers to said they were beautiful and lasted a long time, with the roses blooming first and then the lilies.”

“Beautiful plant bought for my mum, the only downside was that it was not delivered in the date specified. A shame as it was a birthday gift. Would happily buy again but maybe order a day early if needed for a special occasion to ensure this does not happen again.”

“HI ,,, after a long time useing another online florist ,,,i have just switched to you,,,and have put in two quick orders,,, i have yet to hear from my mother regarding quallity of flowers ,,,but my 1st impression is good,,,easy to use the site and quick to use and order... I like to mix my orders sometimes buying the cheaper bouquets andon occassions the expensive ones,,,the only fault i can find is the free delivery range could be bigger,,, i can,t understand why simerler size bouquets are not included for free delivery? I hope my comments have been constructive and helpfull,,, kind regards t.davies.”

“I have used Appleyards a couple of times now and found them very professional and I would use them again. The reason I marked them down is probably not their fault but they could have kept me informed. I had two orders to be delivered on the same day, a special day, while one arrived on time, the other didn't arrive until three days later. Now I know that was probably Royal Mail's fault, but I think I should have been kept in the loop. I will use and recommend them again.”

“Have used service twice now. In each case the green 'foliage' leaves/greenery have gone very dry quickly, although flowers no issue. First bouquet in an internal room with heating. The second kept in a cool conservatory.”

“Beautiful bouquet, arrived on Christmas Eve as ordered. Some flowers have lasted until today, 6th Jan. Sadly the roses didn't last long. The stems of the whole bouquet were not cut straight however overall very pleased.”
