“The ordering process was fine and the delivery was exactly as expected. 50 white roses in pristine condition. As it was a sympathy message the recipient was very pleased with them. The price was reasonable for the quality.”

“Tried to order a very expensive bouquet for my sons engagement only to be told this was not available and to go to customer services for help . This is non existent and when asked if I needed help the “yes” option ignored my request - Attempted several times with no response No access to actual human interaction - Apalling customer service in fact no customer service whatsoever -And to think I paid to be a privileged member!! I have been a loyal customer but Never Again will I use Appleyard London .”
