“I was disappointed that although I had paid for next day delivery, the flowers in fact turned up after 3 days. The reason being (as I found out when checking the REALLY small print) was that anything ordered on a Friday (therefore delivered on Saturday) would not be delivered until Monday. I just hope they weren't dispatched on Friday and were sitting around in a sorting office until Monday. That said, my God daughter was delighted with the flowers.”

“I was a bit nervy ordering flower on line thinking are they going to be good are they going to be delivered within a sensible time frame but I must say 10 out of 10 on both counts they weee and still are beautiful and were delivered nice and early making it a spectacular surprise for the recipient”

“Ordered the Pumpkin Pie (Grande) for our anniversary and I couldn't have been more disappointed. The sunflowers are already wilted and it ruined the surprise. To make matters worse, when I reached out to customer support, it took them three whole days to respond, only to offer a replacement option. How is a replacement supposed to turn back time and replace the joy I had hoped to share on our special day? This experience was a huge letdown, and I expected so much more. Definitely not ordering again.”
