“Flowers arrived in perfect condition along with the wine and chocolates. Very satisfied with the service received as I have been for the past few years I have used Appleyard”

“We recently ordered flowers from Appleyard London for a special occasion, and despite few hiccups with the delivery service, I was extremely impressed with how everything was handled. Initially there was a delay caused by the third party delivery service, which was quite disappointing given the time sensitive nature of our order. However the customer service team went above and beyond to turn the situation around. They not only upgraded my service but also arranged for a signed fast delivery to ensure flowers arrived as quickly as possible. The flowers arrived in perfect condition. It's great to see that Appleyard values their customers and is dedicated to providing excellent service even when faced with challenges. Thank you, we will be ordering again.”
