100 roses were as I'd hoped for as a lot of flowers in the past I've ordered online were half dead when my wife received them.

I purchased some really nice flowers and a card. They were delivered quickly and were great value for money. Overall I was really pleased with everything. However, I think the cards could be improved. There is such a little amount of characters for plenty of card space and also emojis don’t get printed which I didn’t know about. Hopefully you can take some of this into consideration but thank you for the great service.

After a disappointing valentines flower delivery and initial poor customer service., Max stepped in and took over. My star rating is based on the quality of flowers sent not the customer service from Max

Delivered after 9pm by a Yodel delivery driver in a box that was badly dented. All this money on flowers and they delivery them that late. A premium flower company using Yodel is a joke, no wonder the box was dented so bad. 6/50 flowers ordered wear ruined. Never will I ever use this company again.

The use yodel as a delivery company & the drive stole my parcel and used a whole different flower company and locations for proof of delivery

This had to be one of the easiest transactions I have ever done. It was delivered way before I thought it was going to be. No delays!! This will be the company that I use in the UK as I am in the US. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!!!
