“My husband ordered 50 white roses for our anniversary to be delivered before lunch as we were going away for the night. They never arrived! Arrived next day when we were away. Just not good enough, and to top it all there is no number to call no one to contact if you have a problem. Company doesn't care, haven't replied to his email or customer service! So disappointed.”

“The worst company, flowers didn’t arrive in time for a proposal and there is no number to contact. Avoid as it’s been a horrible experience, paid extra for items to be delivered at 2pm and they never came. They couldn’t care less.”

“My partner l8ves how frsh the flowers are and the volume. She l8ves that they are much nicer than other online flower orders and supermarket flowers. She particularly likes the lillies. Please can you find a way to auto apply discountscwhen offered via email. Thank you Rob.”

“I ordered flowers from Appleyard London on 11th September for delivery on 27th September – well in advance – to surprise my wife on her birthday. Sadly, the flowers never arrived. There was no update, no communication, and no apology, leaving me scrambling on the day and feeling absolutely let down. This was meant to be a special gift, and instead, it turned into a huge disappointment. It’s incredibly frustrating when you trust a company with such an important occasion and they fail to deliver, quite literally. I won’t be ordering from Appleyard London again and would caution others to think twice before relying on them for special moments.”
