“My friend ordered a yellow potted rose and taupe pot for my birthday. It arrived late in the day, the pot was broken and the ‘plant’ was 4 stalks stuck in compost. Some of the buds and foliage dropped off immediately and 2 days later the plant was completely dead! The replacement will arrive 11 days after the original order was due. Very disappointing. When I found out where on their site to complain they replied within several hours but the outcome in not really satisfactory. Don’t think I will be tempted to use this company. The sender also complained but still hasn’t had a reply several days later ☹️”

“I found Appleyard while searching for something a bit different from the standard flowers available from other companies I have used. I wanted a large and more rustic arrangement to send to my friend. I was impressed by the selection available on Appleyard’s site and chose an English Garden arrangement. I was not disappointed! The flowers were absolutely beautiful and plentiful too. My friend was delighted with her gift. I will definitely be back and would very much recommend Appleyard.”
