I ordered the flowers and, although I received a dispatched confirmation, I didn't receive a delivered confirmation. The company informed me that they had been delivered when I chased them up. The new parents were very happy with the flowers but the card wasn't included so they had to contact the company to find out who they were from. The person read out the card over the phone but apparently it was very difficult to hear to they still weren't entirely sure who had sent the flowers. Overall, the flowers were apparently lovely but there were a few problems with the overall service that I wouldn't have expected from a 'luxury' flower company (so, unfortunately, the poor rating).

I'm still awaiting info on what has happened to my flowers. Royal Mail state they couldn't deliver & where are they now? I hope you can remedy this as so far I've paid for nothing.

I ordered a bouquet of Daffodils. The order went through, and in the tracking details, said it had been dispatched. After regularly keeping an eye on the tracking, I realised it hadn't been sent yet. So I called customer services - received a unsure reply, but nonetheless helpful. Next thing, I received an email saying that due to stock availability they would not be able to fulfil my order for the date I had selected. Why they couldn't tell me that before I placed my order - I don't know. But I wished it had been so. However, they reacted well and offered me a different choice of bouquet (extra large) or a full refund. I chose the different bouquet and hope this time, it will actually be sent. Thanks.

Flowers don't look anything like the picture, and arrived not in the best condition.

Absolutely shocking delivery service. Arranged flowers for my mum's birthday which didn't arrive. In the end we had to send another family member to collect them from the sorting office as they weren't go to be attempted to be re delivered until banter the weekend. To make it worse they arrange a complimentary bouquet as an apology but this arrived late too. Use this company if you don't mind when your flowers arrive!

Dear Appleyard, I ordered flowers on Friday, which were promptly delevere on Saturday- thank you. However, they were the wrong bouquet! I ordered large nutmeg, which had lilac roses, these were replaced with red roses. This was very disappointing as the recepients favourite colour is lilac, which is why I chose the nutmeg bouquet. I have also written in but have not heard a response. Please contact me on 07971910591. Best, Amrita

Some of the flowers were dying. Paid forty pounds for flowers and they were not even fresh. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed with the service, as the flowers arrived a day late! I had bought them for my daughters birthday, when they did not arrive on the day she thought I had forgotten and was understandably upset. They were order in plenty of time, so there was no excuse. I left a message on their webpage with a complaint but did not receive a reply. Shall put it down to a bad experience. Oh, when the flowers did eventually turn up, they were lovely!

Ordered a large bouquet of flowers, which were everything but large for mothers day. Arrived on time, but roses were not fresh and already dying when received. Truly disappointed with the service and would advice anyone to save their money and not bother, you'd receive better quality from your local petrol station.

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend at work. They arrived at 5:45 when the office was shut. The message card was badly printed so half the message had been cut off. Expensive and could do a lot better. I rang up to complain and had been offered a free bottle of wine, it never arrived.

The flowers looked nothing like the picture provided. This was a £50 bunch of flowers reduced by half price due to a code via a credit card company. In reality the price was likely put up for this promotion and all along I ordering and receiving a £25 bunch of flowers. To be honest, I have used lots of online flower services in the past and none have had the wow factor. Going forward I will only be buying from local florists where I can see and choose the flowers.

Flowers did not arrive so were rescheduled then a second delivery failed. After this a full refund was given and a free bouquet. I will not reuse this company.

Flowers were amazing but the glass vase ordered with the flowers was missing and didn't turn up subsequently. A complaint was raised via the website but no response has been received to date. Mistakes happen but poor customer service is inexcusable.

Ordered on Tuesday for Valentines day to be delivered on the Friday and paid the extra money for express delivery. Had an e-mail confirmation on Friday saying order had been successfully delivered. However on checking Friday pm no delivery had been made and the recipient had to call herself to find out what was going on. She then had to rearrange delivery (as it had not been made and she was away the following week) with the promise of an upgraded bunch. Whilst she sad they were quality flowers, there weren't even the ones I'd chosen and delivered well after Valentines, kind of defeats the object of valentines flowers. Wont be using again.

Beautiful flowers, really let down by the fact they were wrapped in plain white cellophane, tied with plain white plastic string and gift card was just a piece of paper. Bought my own card, ribbon and tissue paper to make them more presentable. Disappointed.
