“I have been ordering from Appleyard for some time now and generally, I am happy with their service.? May I make a small suggestion? Sometimes you offer bunches of flowers (i.e. peonies) from.....(£) with the addition of' flowers seen here as bijou size'...but you do not offer larger sizes at a higher price. Please give more size options.”

“First class service and first class flowers. A pity you rely on software to do this. You have my name because of credit card payment yet your software seems to think the recipient is the same as the purchaser. Most of the questions are n/a”
