“It arrived looking fresh as if just picked, and as described”

“I placed the order through British Airways shopping as quality is normally good and different. The Happiness guarantee is difficult because you don't want to fuss the recipient on taking photo's to prove a point. The delivery was the issue not the quality because the service was set up to deliver up to 9:00 pm. I would look at this and restrict to latest 7:00 as if a Birthday it is likely they will go out to celebrate. Overall the recipient was happy with the quality apart from thre crythansunums not recovering. The query was handled well by Appleyard refunding the delivery charge. I have not received Avios expected for some reason as this is the secondary reason for using Appleyard. So overall not perfect but was service related not product.”
