“Flowers arrived in good time and are good quality. I have to send a couple more f flower companies in the UK recently and both times the flowers didn’t arrive on time. I live in Australia so it is hard to reprimand them.”

“Flowers never delivered. No response from the delivery provider after a day. No reply from Appleyard flowers after a day. A special event that was intended to be memorialized was lost and forgotten instead. Do not trust your special moments to Applewood Flowers. Don’t believe their happiness guarantee. I've raised my review from 1 star to 3 stars because Appleyard London did do a good job of replying to me and refunding my money for the missed order.”

“They were very very helpful, unfortunately did not have the correct stock in for my order so compensated for this mishap by giving a bigger bunch and more chocolates! Lovely team and gorgeous flowers!! X”
