Ive had flowers before which have been great. Disappointed this time as roses went brown after two days. Although the lillies have lasted and are just beginning to come to the end.

A little shocked at the size of bouquet! i'm sure I ordered the large - would hate to see the small, so disappointed in the size but the flowers were beautiful.

You have said 'tell us how the experience was with Appleyard 'Fowers'' not Flowers. I wanted to send a bouquet to 2 different addresses, although the recipients looked correct I was too nervous to click 'place order' because the shipping address just mentioned one of the addresses. So I deleted the order and started again doing them individually. Perhaps you could make that bit clearer? Flowers look beautiful - proof will be in the pudding.

My parents didn't get the flowers on the right day (their Diamond anniversary) and caused them problems. They were out when they were delivered and a note was left. After a phonecall they were going to be delivered the next day. When they had not arrived, my father went into the post office and someone had written the following day so they eventually got them 2 days late. They were in good condition and made a lovely display but I don't think they were good value for money considering I had paid for the largest size.

I somehow duplicated my order. It was VERY unclear how to delete the unwanted order. Very aggravating. There appeared to be no Tel number other than going right back to Google search screen to find it. The telephone reception and help was good.

This scented rose bouquet had no scent that we could discern. This was disappointing as I particularly ordered them for their advertised scent. The lilac roses were lovely to look at & lasted 3 days. The peach coloured roses, except one didn't last more than 24 hours. The foliage is still looking attractive & had a delightful scent. Flowers arrived on time and were well packaged with easy to follow directions on how to care for the bouquet.

I was dissapointed because I expected the flowers to arrive at my friend's house earlier than they did. They were a few days later than expected. By that time she had gone on holidays, and then came back to a box of dead flowers. I'm sure they would've been lovely. Perhaps the information about delivery times needs to be made clearer on the website.

Delivery on time However , slightly disappointed with the bouquet.paid extra for large , but the flowers recieved looked less than the picture. The flowers were nice though

This was a surprise bouquet for my wife to celebrate our Golden Wedding Anniversary.However, I was very disappointed to find that the yellow roses only lasted two days.Delivery was spot on but I expected better from Appleyard Flowers

I ordered the summer couli Bouquet last Saturday morning the flowers were delivered early the next morning the packaging was excellent and the flowers arrived in good condition. However I have been disappointed with them As I choose this bouquet because of the beautiful bright vibrant colours on the Internet site however in real life the colours are much less vibrant and rather subdued . If I saw her this bouquet in a supermarket chain I think I would've been unlikely to purchase it But overall it is hard to knock

Very nice flowers (recipient really liked them), but much more "greenery" than shown on the photo, as though to bulk out the boquet. I felt that the quality advertised did not quite match what was received. Good next day delivery.

Disappointed that the delivered flowers were not the same as the flowers pictured. Also, tracking isn't included in the free delivery and may be delivered a day later than booked which is disappointing.

Beautifully arranged flowers, delivered on time, but not too fresh and some of them looked tired on arrival (and certainly by the day after). Bit of a shame, they smell and look great though.

Felt let down by this company, I chose apleyard as they appeared to be a premium florist. Ordering was easy with a promise of free delivery within the next 48 hours. The flowers didn't show up and you can not speak to anyone at the company at the weekend! the bouquet finally arrived for days later looking very worse for wear! apparently delivery had been attempted two days previously but they can't have tried very hard as the recipient was in all day! This said on speaking to someone at Appleyard my money was refunded and fingers crossed a new bouquet will be sent today just a poor first experience of what I expected to be a top rated company.

To be honest I was disappointed with the bouquet, it looked like the sort of thing that could be bought from tesco for £20. Not great value for money in my opinion.

Verities within bouquet were beautiful although these were overshadowed by too much filler. Quality good but disappointed overall. Felt a bit cheated.
