Flowers were fine but vase smashed to pieces; 'free' chocs were nice touch and good quality. Customer service could be improved; asking for photos from a 90 year old to prove it! Why would anyone lie about a broken vase???? Took several attempts to contact customer service who eventually refunded the price of the vase only., (after being chased again). In summary, a good product albeit on the pricey side but let down by the customer service. Is this can be fixed it will be a great service.

Flowers delayed by a day so was concerned about freshness and they didn't arrive on the day I wanted them to. Informed me but not much of an apology or acknowledgement of the inconvenience. Flowers were nice but expensive.

I asked my partner this as the lillies were a birthday gift for her. She said she wasn't overwhelmed nor underwhelmed. The metal pot I thought was a nice touch, and it was a large plant which I liked. But some of the leaves are browning now. I would order again but probably a bouquet.

The bouquet was beautiful and was indeed delivered with lillies in buds and in time. I was however disappointed that some of roses fell off the next day. I was expecting the flowers to last longer...

Easy to order online. However, I was disappointed that the flowers did not look like the picture of flowers I'd ordered.

I'm sorry to say that the recipient of the flowers was out when they were delivered and, rather than leaving in a safe place, the postman left a standard 'parcel to be collected from the depot' card. I hadn't realised you used the regular post to deliver! Of course, my friend who is suffering from a bereavement (hence the flowers) didn't realise that the parcel was flowers and so didn't rush to collect them. Unfortunately, by the time she did collect them, they were dead - not a very fitting gift for her during a sad and difficult time! I'm happy to say that she phoned you direct and tells me that you arranged to send her replacement flowers right away. Thank you very much for doing that but please can I ask that you look again at your delivery procedures - I imagine this must happen all the time!!

Gorgeous flowers and arrangement but not as big as I thought for £50....seemed a bit on the stingy side to me. My mum loved them though.

Flowers were good quality and arrived on time. The price was fairly expensive, especially as the "extra large" bouquet was not in fact as large as you would expect from the pictures online.

I found it difficult to give a rating. I ordered the vintage rose and lily bouquet for a special birthday. The roses were very beautiful and were fully opened the day after arrival. The lilies took a full week to start to open by which time the roses were over. The result was two small consecutive bouquets of flowers which in themselves were of good quality but which did not have the impact of the illustration. So overall disappointing.

Flowers arrived on time in good condition. Only issue I had was the carnations weren't as full as in the picture and the lilies didn't bloom so was a little disappointing from that aspect.

Only issue was that the card stating who the flowers were from was difficult to find. I think it would be better if it was more prominent so the receiver knows who sent the flowers!

The flowers were great however I was slightly annoyed by an email I received shortly after I had made my purchase. This was an email to say they'd seen that I'd been browsing and wanted to offer me 20% off my first purchase. Right after I'd paid. Very badly timed.

Hi. Box was received in a poor state. Looked like someone had stood on it. Also roses did not look fresh- had brownish colouring around edges of some of the petals. So all in all probably the worst online flowers I've had which was disappointing.

Lilies were stunning and lasted for nearly two weeks, however roses had started to brown the following and were dead within 4 days, and the small daisy like flowers were dying on arrival...a real shame as looked beautiful in the picture

The flowers were beautiful however, whoever delivered them threw them over a 6ft gate and did not leave a message through the letterbox! They were only found by chance as the gate is not used regularly.

Although the flowers were nice , they arrived on the wrong date , 4 days early which was disappointing as they were for a birthday and I wanted them delivered on the day for which I revived a confirmation email. May try them again but this spoilt it somewhat .
