The flowers were beautiful - they have lasted almost a week, but the lilies failed to open so do not look like the picture. Such a shame

Delivery time was good but was disappointed in the size of the 'large' bouquet considering the price. Would not use this company again.

Flowers arrived well packaged and and on the time/day requested. Sadly all the peach roses out of the bouquet dropped within a couple of days. The rest of the bouquet including the pale pink roses are still blooming. I wouldn't say good value for money as half of th roses had to be discarded within 3 days. Otherwise service good

Flowers arrived on the day as I had paid for (previously Appleyard order hadn't got to the recipient on time!!!) the flowers looked lovely but the foliage looked rather squashed. Had 2 experiences with Appleyard and I would look around before ordering from them again.

Whilst I appreciate that buying fresh flowers in January can be a bit of a nightmare, I must admit I was a little disappointed with Appleyard, especially as you came with a friend's glowing recommendation. The flowers (Topaz) were OK although not exactly as described online. If I'm honest I'd say they were a little 'average' and certainly didn't 'blow me away.' Although they were much appreciated by my wife, they also lasted no more than 5 days with many of the buds not blooming at all. Maybe I'd built up an unreasonable expectation but I'd say that I've purchased very much better elsewhere for a fraction of the cost...Sorry! I also expected a discount for signing-up to your database...this didn't materialise, but don't worry, I'm not sure it would be used anyway.

I am awaiting a reply to an email regarding the bouquet I ordered for a friend. Although the flowers were very nice, I was disappointed that the image on your website was not what was delivered. I ordered Bluebelle because it had agapanthus, my friends favourite, included but the bouquet that arrived did not. I understand from the website that sometimes flowers can be substituted with higher priced flowers but the substitute flowers did not look like higher priced flowers at all! Also I paid £3 for tracked delivery by a certain date and it arrived after this date. I know an apology email was sent for the delay but no refund has been forthcoming.

I have been dissapointed. The flowers were not very fresh and the buquet was quite small, espciall for the price sold. Do not think I would use this company again.

I have already written a review and am waiting for more feedback as I sent an emailed picture of flowers delivered. I will check with my daughter in law today to see how long the flowers lasted.

The flowers were not delivered to the recipient. I had to spend quite some time to find out where the flowers went, and in the end the recipient had to go looking for them. Very disappointed!

The flowers were beautiful but the size was disappointing considering I paid extra for a larger bouquet. Also, the roses started wilting only 3 days later rather than blooming. A beautiful website with a gorgeous selection but the quality vs price was disappointing.

Had to enter credit card details or PayPal account even though had a voucher to cover the total! Cost me 75p to do this and lost £4 of my £50 voucher as nothing to this value - this seems a bit unfair!

Despite having high hopes we were left feeling slightly disappointed. The flowers were not delivered in water as other companies do and so by the time Boxing Day arrived (flowers were originally delivered on Christmas Eve) to give them to my mother, half of the flowers' petals has fallen off leaving a rather sad looking bouquet which we had paid over £40 for. After two days I would not expect this to happen and sadly will not be returning to purchase more.

Delivery no issues and ordering straightforward Flowers looked great but some started to wither within a couple of days (roses).

Quantity and variety was good. But disappointed that some of the flowers were clearly past their best and only lasted 2 days before wilting

Hey there! Unfortunatly the flowers arrived without the note, which was very important for both the receaver and me! I would kindly request next time to be more carefull! Maybe that occured due to the fact that I wrote the note in Greek but yet you could be more precise on what languages you accept the notes to be written on. Thank you! Brgds, ALexandros Kafouros

The flowers/champagne were to be delivered on the Wednesday 11th November, but they turned up in the afternoon of the 12th November. Luckily they were just a hank you and not a birthday present. Thanks

The bouquet was delivered on time and on the correct date. However, by the 15th the Agapanthus flowers had dropped and had to be thrown away. This had been a bouquet for my sisters 70th birthday. The rest of the bouquet does not look particularly good. The lilies are just coming out but the roses look half dead. I am not very impressed

The flowers received were not as described, they really lacked the 'volume' of those shown on the website. There were a disappointing number of roses.
