“Both recipients commented that the flowers were beautiful. Just a shame they were both delivered a day later than requested.”

“Generally easy to navigate, and a clear site. I think it would be helpful to add a contact number of the recipient, in case the delivery courier has trouble finding the house!”

“Comments : The confirmation screen didn't allow you to edit message without going back a few screens and losing some information along the way. In the payment area there was no opportunity to advise you wanted to be billed in GBP and not AUD. Otherwise, all good, lovely products and recommended by a friend.”

“I have on a few occasions ordered flowers for different people and the feedback from them has been very positive, I love the website and feel almost impossible not to order from it as the selection of flowers are beautiful. The only reason that I did not give a "very good" is that I have personally not seen the bouquets so cannot comment on the condition of the flowers.”

“The flowers were beautiful. However I was very annoyed that I was given suggested items to purchase that are related to the product that weren't suitable. I ordered some sort of vase that was recommended, however the flowers did not fit inside it. I understand that all flowers are different sizes but I was not warned and the vase served no purpose.”

“I really liked how easy and nice it was to use your website. I also loved the flowers themselves. The only thing I was disappointed about was the fact that the flowers arrived 1 whole day late. This is a BIG problem as the flowers were intended to be delivered for my friends birthday. I was really not happy about this. I didn't even receive a call or anything from customer service and I couldn't even find a way to contact you.”

“Have used Appleyard flowers for multiple gifts to different recipients in the same transaction. It wasn't initially clear from the site whether it would go to each different recipient or the last address typed but the flowers were delivered on time on the correct dates as requested to the correct people and the flowers were of a lovely quality. I had text messages confirming the orders were out for delivery and delighted recipients too! I am using the site again for hampers this Christmas so hopefully the quality and service remains high.”

“Beautiful flowers presented perfectly. Sadly they died and spoiled very quickly, whereas other flowers from a different florist arrived at the same time and lasted twice as long... I was going for first impression flowers anyway.”

“Beautifully wrapped and arranged. Extremely good quality flowers, kept fresh with a pot for the stems. Delivered slightly ahead if time. My only slight reservation was that the bunch was not quite as big as I was expecting from the picture. I perhaps just needed expectations to be managed and to appreciate it is more about the quality. They made me feel special.”

“The bouquet was ruined by the delivery team. After some initial issues with answering their emails, Appleyard rectified the problems and have been kind and helpful. This is a really refreshing approach to customer service and we will be using Appleyard again.”

“Excellent website and very impressed with the quality of flowers. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars as I just ordered two items (for delivery at the same time) and the website forced me to pay the delivery charge twice. Other than that, very impressed!”

“Pro: Easy to use website, good selection, on time delivery, girlfriend loved the flowers. Con: a bit expensive, and my most of my message was not transferred to the card. I tried to make a heart symbol by typing a less-than sign followed by a 3, and apparently I broke the website and appleyard does not bother to look at the cards.”

“Very impressed with your quick responses to amend order and just overall communication Presentation on gift was great Delivery instructions were kept and delivery on time However, amendment wasn't made and the message of the note was incorrect; not much time was taken on the layout of the message. Albeit, good service.”

“I ordered 2 different bouquets as thank you presents. They were both delivered on time. I saw the standard size bouquet which was very nice but was smaller than I thought it would be. The other bouquet was the larger size. I didn't see it but the recipient was pleased with it although she did say that the roses only lasted 5 days.”

“All went well with ordering and delivery. The only issue was with tracking the delivery which proved to be less than accurate. I got a 'successful delivery' message hours after it actually occurred.”

“Really lovely flowers paid extra for the larger bunch for my nan. Only criticism is there were only 3 roses when it said there would be 4-5 in the bunch which included lillies and a few other little flowers. Better than interflora :)”
