“Feedback from my friend who received the flowers: very special and beautiful bouquet! The delivery did not go very smooth though. The flowers were left at the post office (???) and my friend could only collect them three days later. What a pity for such beautiful flowers! Why not leave the flowers at one of the many neighbours?”

“Nice looking flowers and the girlfriend loved them. Delivered on the correct date and even earlier than I had predicted so that was good. Only complaint is that I bought the specific bouquet because it contained daisies and the Mrs loves daisies, but when I saw it I was very disappointed as they weren't the same daisies in the picture (if they were daisies at all) and there was nowhere near as many as displayed. Felt a bit false advertised, but she loved them anyway.”

“The flowers arrived not damaged and on time. However when I placed the order online, Once it had been processed the first name of the recipient was excluded. Was just miss then surname.”

“I did not receive the flowers but heard from the recipient that these were very nice. I am still waiting to receive a receipt for my purchase since this was made on my corporate credit card. Please send this to marjory.harris@biofilm.co.uk”

“Beautiful arrangements for what appears to be excellent value most of the time. However, I sent a bouquet to my partner for our anniversary, and sadly the peonies have not opened at all. Rather disappointed with this arrangement. Every other one I have sent have all been beautiful.”

“Apple yard flowers kept me informed about delivery progress and when I had a query because it seemed the flowers had not been delivered they were willing to resend the flowers I had ordered. However this was not necessary as the concierge at the block of flats to where they were delivered had taken then in. Nevertheless, Appleyard had been willing to rectify the problem had it been necessary without any fuss.”

“The only reason I haven't given 5stars is that I haven't seen the actual flowers, although my friend says they were beautiful. However, everything else, packaging, delivery and keeping me informed on the progress of the order was exceptional so will definitely use your site again.”

“The most telling thing about a company is how they manage a situation where thing's don't go as planned. Unfortunately there was a problem with my order, upon learning this Appleyard were extremely helpful and made every effort to rectify this as soon as possible - they ensured the flowers I had selected were delivered to my intended recipient who was delighted! Thank you Appleyard, I will definitely use your service again, Rachael”

“I gave up using another, well-known and expensive company, when the boxes of flowers repeatedly arrived soaking wet as a result of careless handling in a van. I mentioned this to them repeatedly, as strapping boxes to the side of a van is not difficult, to ensure they don't fall over in transit. To no avail. Please don't let your deliveries let down your product. I have made two orders with you, and have had one positive feedback, and no response from the other. Looks good!”
