“Customer service and communication is excellent. When the delivery person had to leave the bouquet with a neighbor they texted the recipient and she received them early the next morning. All was well.”

“Their service has blown me away. I was chatting with my friend this morning about whether or not they’d received their flowers, and fully expected to have to be a bit moany and complain about not getting an update - and now they’ve gone and done this all without my asking: refunded my postage as a credit for my next order, and given my friend a brand new replacement free of charge - delivered tomorrow. This is astonishing and I will 100% be using them again. Top stuff, consider me amazed!”

“The flowers delivered were nothing like the catalog photo. Immensely disappointing. Paid £32 for flowers worth £6 at a garage forecourt. Complained to shop we ordered from. Received £15 refund. The flowers were for your daughter in law who got a well earned promotion at work. It was very disappointing to say the least. Very poor service. Photos show the difference”
