“Arrived late, customer service offered further insult by offering to wave the delivery charge. As a flower company delivering on time is a basic requirement. I spent over £200 for delivery not to be guaranteed. Would not recommend and will not be using this company again.”

“I'm in Belfast and was sending flowers to friend in London. My friend was so delighted with the bouquet and prosecco. The flowers where stunning and with the tracking I was able to know they had made them there in time. Five star service and flowers!!!!!”

“The roses went brown after two days. Today day four the whole bunsh is dead. I followed your instructions to the letter. Very dissapointed . Certainly beautifully presented but thats all. Not worth the money. Share ask my family not to send them again.”

“We used Appleyard for our wedding flowers and we were not disappointed! Nicola listened to all of our requirements and made a bouquet, thank you bouquets and buttonholes. The flowers were beautiful, smelled gorgeous, arrived on time and were very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Appleyard for any bridal flowers - we were over the moon with ours!”
