“I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday and the order process was easy and quick and there was a beautiful selection of flowers to choose from. I ordered them very late the day before the required delivery date and my order was handled perfectly. My mother tells me that the flowers are beautiful and she was very happy with them. Thank you!”

“They sent a first bouquet that died after 4 days...I contacted them on the chat and within a day, they sent a really nice replacement + an other champagne bottle + box of chocolate - to make up for it. So their 100% happiness guarantee policy does work and they should be congratulated and thanked for that!”

“The gift of prosecco and chocolates I ordered were delicious and very well presented. On this occassion, we were celebrating my colleague receiving an OBE. We would normally be celebrating face to face but had to send a gift due to lockdown. It all arrived on time for our virtual celebration. Many thanks.”

“Housewarming present for a young couple - the plant is very healthy and they said the delivery and packing was faultless. I’m a bit wary of ordering plants online (as half-dead compost has been sent in the past by other sellers) but due to lockdown had no choice. I’m glad I chose Appleyard :D”
