“I am a frequent customer of Appleyard who are normally excellent. However on the last two occasions, months apart, the delivery to an Eastbourne address and most recently to a Exmouth address, they arrived in a sorry state. The first the courier had them in the van for over 24 hours. The second I have no idea why. However, the instant replacement policy with no quibble, brings the overall score back up to 4. Replacement was the next day and in perfect condition. Prior to this I would have always said 5 ⭐️ .”
