I had 3 bouquets delivered to me the first was damaged and I didn't even unpack it.
When given credit to have another bouquet I chose peonies which never opened.
The 3rd attempt was arranged by a customer service representative. The white peonies were magnificent. But the spray roses dies within 2 days and the lilies were bruised.
After 3 attempts I give up. I don't think the quality is matching up to the price. Unlike previous experiences with Appleyard this was incredibly disappointing.
